Rafa's place was like a home—well-equipped, made for living and cooking. The location was great, not in the busy center, but within walking distance of the sea and restaurants. It was easy to park in the area. We encountered trouble with plumbers working in the same building, but Rafa was very responsive and communicated clearly and upfront. I could imagine renting the same place again :) Thanks!

The apartment location is perfect, very quiet, within walking distance of shops, beach, bars, restaurants, bank and chemist. It was very clean and fresh. The bedrooms are a good size, the bathroom spotless with plenty of towels and the living area very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we had a welcome bowl of fruit. We ate out most of the time because the choice of restaurants covered all our needs from fresh fish to tapas and pizza! The team who look after you during your stay are wonderful, when we requested Wi-Fi and a fan it was dealt with very quickly. A small balcony gives you the sight and sound of the sea and beautiful sunsets. Parking is limited outside the apartment but there is plenty of free parking a five minute walk away and you are able to drop off/pick up suitcases quite easily, there is a lift. As a past resident from Tenerife I would highly recommend staying here. Overall our stay was brilliant and we would go again, Cande is a lovely host.

Fine, bright and spacious apartment, which has everything it needs (lemon press would still be great but we also managed without it) for cooking everything available in all sizes, except there was Netflix, a good bed (you sleep well is important to us). Practical are also the parking space in the house and only a 5-minute walk to the Superdino which has everything, there are also a two coffees with good croissants. The communication with Emmanuel was very good, very quick response and flexible check out. We will be happy to come back.

The stay was wonderful and the house was great. The house is exactly as seen in the photos. It is very spacious and has everything you need to accommodate 6 people. Pedro Jesus was very friendly and responsive in terms of communications. I asked for 2 things, in case there was a chance, and he got it for us.

Very nice apartment in Bajamar. A great view of the sea and sunset. The Piscinas and the green mountains are a highlight. The kitchen was equipped with everything and the apartment was also well furnished. Unfortunately, the pool was not usable when we were there.

Emilia is a very accommodating host. We were late checking in but she was very friendly and showed us around. Sent us recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The balcony is beautiful and just as in the photos. May we'll be one of the best places to stay in Los Gigantes. Loved it.

The apartment was great, just as described in the photos. The only one but is that if you go by car, being located in the center, parking is complicated. But except for that, everything is perfect.

I was at Santiago's place with my two kids. The apartment was super clean and had everything you need. Santiago was helpful and communicated quickly if I needed his help. Puertito de Güímar is a very peaceful place with few tourists. If you're looking for peace, relaxation, and quiet, I can warmly recommend the place. Thanks!

A quiet place to stay, beautiful ocean views. The car was almost a necessity, we had no problem with parking right in front of the house or nearby.

We stayed 50 days at Darya's apartment and I must say that i was an amazing experience. Apartment has a wonderful ocean view from a nice and cosy terrace. It was spacious enough to perfectly fit parents with 2 small children. Communication with Darya was smooth and she was always very helpful. We had everything we needed. Location with a close distance to kindergarten, gym and supermarket is a huge plus.

This apartment is exactly what we wanted with eye catching views, comfort and little touches to make you feel right at home. The wine, cakes and fruit were a lovely welcome. Friendly and warm communication from Carmen and Tamara was perfect support in the background. One thing I would say about Los Gigantes is that a hire car is essential if you need to get out and about. However the challenge of exploring on foot suited us. Charlies Bistro and KV Gourmet Bistro was top of our list - booking essential to avoid dissapointment.

We felt very comfortable in the Cosy Beach Flat. The place is nicely decorated with love of detail and nicely. Leonardo was always quick to respond and handled check-in easily through his parents, who welcomed us warmly and explained everything important to us shortly. We also thought the location of the accommodation was great. The place is pleasant. Supermarket, pedestrian zone, restaurants and bakery can be reached quickly. We also found it very good that the accommodation has an underground parking space, which we used well with our rental car (caddy). Since the washing machine is constantly closed, it unfortunately smelled very musty, even after a flushing. We therefore did not do laundry even though it would have been necessary.... The bathroom also smelled weird more often.

We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was not so optimal so we could only use the beautiful pool a little. The two terraces were great - we could set ourselves up depending on the sun. We are very familiar with the area and did a lot. The underground parking was great because it is extremely difficult to find a parking space in Puerto. We would like to come back to this apartment.

We really enjoyed staying at Marazul. If you rent a car, the location is superb, very quiet and private, you can quickly and easily get to different places. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The sun lounge is amazing, very sunny and private, we all loved it! We really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was warm and clean. The only downside was the full apartment refurbishment work next door. It was quite noisy from the drilling sounds and as we were staying with a toddler who needed an afternoon nap, that was a nuisance. Having said that, we managed to get away most of the days during those times. Appreciate that these are external factors outside of the host's control. Overall, the stay was amazing and we would love to come back.

Highly recommended! Esther was super friendly and attentive at all times. Everything was easy thanks to their attention, from check-in, throughout the stay, and check-out management. Communication was perfect and he also gave us very useful local recommendations. The apartment was great, as shown in the photos. Very comfortable and very well equipped. The outdoor space is beautiful, with very nice views and a great pool. It's a very quiet and nice place. You can get everywhere quickly by car, it has cafes and supermarkets nearby and it's easy to find parking in the area. We'll be back for sure! Thanks, Esther :)

The Airbnb was really nice and clean.

We had a lovely stay at Javier's, located 2km walk from the center of Puerto de la Cruz, the functional accommodation and we lacked nothing. Pool still under construction but Javier got an agreement with the neighboring hotel to benefit from access to their pool (less quiet than that of the residence but Javier can't help it). There was a lot of work noise in the residence which didn't bother us as we were often outside. Very good communication with Javier who goes out of his way to make sure we have a pleasant stay!! No keys which soothes the mind even more. Excellent value for money!!

My partner & I stayed here for 1 week in March to work remotely. It is really well set up for remote working, with 2 workstations, 1 with a monitor, perfect WiFi. The apartment is great, looks just like the pictures and comes with everything you'd need (soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, beach towels & umbrella too!). Lovely balcony. There was a welcome tray on arrival which was a lovely touch. The pool was closed during out stay but we still really enjoyed our time. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Morgans Foodie around the corner is great for a casual bite & drink. Riela restaurant is great for a "fancier" dinner. Cafe Duci along the promenade was also a favourite. Much quieter than Adeje which is where we have stayed before but ideal for an easy place to work abroad from. Also you can get the number 10 bus to & from Tenerife South airport. Then bus stops near the apt to take you anywhere else you want to go.

Valeria is an available and very kind person, the apartment is as described, perfect for everything, recommended for all those who want a quiet area within reach of everything
