Vacation rentals with a patio in Puerto de la Cruz

The apartment was great. Superior cleaning services was used. The amenities coverage is great, it has everything from toaster and dishwasher to the additional towels and drying rack. Some of the appliances are not top level and expensive, but everything of a good quality and functioning and clean! The only thing to mention is that balcony/terrace is dedicated to you, but is not privately connected to the apartment. It is not public-public area - the area of the apartment building, but the path goes through the pathway of the neighbors. So you need to wear more clothes and lock the apartment when plan to spend a lot of time on the terrace. Overall experience was great, the views and location, the host service and communication are on the best level! This was our second time in this city - it is adorable, calm and relaxing.

The apartment was perfectly clean and nice. We had a cot, a baby chair and a changing table for the baby, the kitchen was equipped, everything was great. The gym and the pool were also quiet and clean. Enrique was very responsive and helpful. He also gave us a list with the restaurants in Puerto de la Cruz. We will definitely come back. Totally recommend.

Sergei and Viktorija were fabulous hosts. Their apartment was everything we wanted in a great location with excellent views from the balcony. We will definitely return.

We loved this apartment - it is new and has all the amenities which you may need. The dining table on the terrace was a treat. The shared rooftop terrace was used and enjoyed every afternoon. There was some noise from the downstairs neighbours on one of the nights, but it did not detract too much from our experience. Parking in Playa San Juan is scarce (as with the rest of the island!), so be patient and plan accordingly.

The view from the balcony is wonderful. It’s lovely to hear the sound of ocean waves. The children loved that they could watch films on large TV at night. We had some issues with cooker hob but host was very responsive and helpful. For future guests I’d suggest if you’re a light sleeper you might like to bring an eye mask. There are no black-out blinds in bedroom and when lights are switched on in main corridor to the other apartments, it does light up the bedroom. The area was generally quiet… it seemed there’s not much to do in immediate vicinity, it felt like a mainly residential area. However, the beach (pebbles) is not too far away & there was a food place there. The was a sports court below the building, but I don’t know if guests can use it. We were exploring the island anyway so it didn’t matter to us that the amenities were limited. I think I saw a shop below entrance to apartment block, it was closed…but it was Easter weekend, so that may be why. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent 7 wonderful days in Tenerife. Among the many options, we were delighted with Victor's apartment. A clean and very well organized apartment, with everything you need, even a first aid kit. It is located in a very quiet place where you are only "bothered" by the sound of birds chirping. We were very comfortable. We are very satisfied with all the conditions and yes, both Victor and his family deserve 5 stars. Congratulations Victor! Thanks so much for everything and see you next time!

We spent a week for two in Birgit's beautiful apartment. We already knew the location from previous stays in Tenerife. We had also seen the apartment complex there and wished to spend our vacation there - now it worked out and we will definitely be back. The description of the apartment fits 100%. The reception by Lorenzo was very straightforward and the communication with Birgit and Lorenzo worked fantastically. The view of the Atlantic is simply stunning. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea and enjoying the first coffee on the terrace in the morning was just great. The only thing we have to complain about is that the vacation was too short. Next time we will definitely stay longer to enjoy the great apartment and Tenerife.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view /terrace is unique and not so easy to find again !! The location is great. Restaurants, the beach and supermarkets are within walking distance. The residential complex and also the apartment are well maintained, but a bit outdated… nevertheless everything here has its charm. Beautiful sunsets, the sea and the Surfers right in front of the terrace and cooling off in the pool made our stay here perfect. Thanks.

We had a great time. Filiberto was very friendly and responsive, which made our arrival and stay even more enjoyable. The pool, although shared, was quite quiet which was very nice after our days of hiking. The neighborhood was also very quiet and a short walk from the house there is a beautiful viewpoint from where you can watch the sunset over the sea.

A spacious villa which was ideal for our family of 3 generations. The kitchen was very well equipped which made food preparation and eating in very easy. Wonderful views from the garden down to the coast and to Mount Teide. The pool is a good size. We paid for it to be heated and that was well worth the extra money. The Villa is up a very steep hill. There is a restaurant within walking distance which serves local Canarian food at very reasonable prices. The other local restaurants and shops are at the bottom of the hill. We always went down by car due to the steep hill back We enjoyed exploring the local area. Trips to La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz and the beach at Bollulo were all less than 30 mins drive away Angélica is an excellent host. She sent us a lot of very useful information about the Villa and the surrounding area before our arrival. She was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We would love to return to this Villa

Wonderful scenic location, we enjoyed stunning mountain and ocean views right from the balcony. The area is peaceful yet just a short walk from great restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The private garage is a true luxury! The hosts, Justas and Henrika, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. During our stay, there was a red wind alert, and they promptly reached out with safety tips and genuine concern for our well-being. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. Highly recommend the "Cozy Sunset" 2-bedroom apartment—it’s so good that we’d love to stay again in the future!

Stunning location within feet from a black sand beach. The main balcony sits about 15 feet above the walkway so you feel as if you’re on top of the ocean and is huge. The place was perfect for my spouse and I, and would still be great for an extra couple. Two cafes with tasty food are 100 feet away. The place is only 20 mins from Tenerife south airport. Big comfy King beds. Nice big shower and bathroom. I would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Vicente's apartment! The highlight was the terrace with a breathtaking view. The apartment was well equipped and Vicente was more than accommodating and helpful. He gave us a lot of good tips for the island. We felt completely comfortable. Thank you!

The apartment perfectly matches the description, it is beautiful, very bright, very well decorated. It is spacious, pleasant, it has everything you need. The location is fine, on the seafront, but nevertheless the village is very small, although it has its charm, but there is little to see. The natural pool across the street is amazing. The owners are very nice and always attentive to our needs. Quality - price on 10/10.

We had a wonderful time at Olga's place. From the very beginning, Olga was proactive and supportive, which made a significant difference during our holidays. We felt well taken care of and could focus on our adventures. The house is an excellent base for exploring all of Tenerife. It's conveniently close to major roads, yet situated on the sidelines, making it peaceful and perfect for rest and relaxation. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The swimming pool provided us with lots of joy and memorable family moments. Staying at Olga's place was a true pleasure and an unforgettable experience.

I think Chris' villa is a great place to stay for a fee nights. the rooms are new, modern and comfortable with lots of light. the garden is amazing with swimming pools and jacuzzis with seaview. There are no restaurants or shops nearby though and the place is at the end of a steep road so a car is necessary.

We felt very comfortable in the Cosy Beach Flat. The place is nicely decorated with love of detail and nicely. Leonardo was always quick to respond and handled check-in easily through his parents, who welcomed us warmly and explained everything important to us shortly. We also thought the location of the accommodation was great. The place is pleasant. Supermarket, pedestrian zone, restaurants and bakery can be reached quickly. We also found it very good that the accommodation has an underground parking space, which we used well with our rental car (caddy). Since the washing machine is constantly closed, it unfortunately smelled very musty, even after a flushing. We therefore did not do laundry even though it would have been necessary.... The bathroom also smelled weird more often.

Daniel is a very friendly host and the place is very well equipped. We felt very comfortable on the balcony and enjoyed the great view.

This is a lovely apartment right in the centre of Los Gigantes. It is very spacious, bright, clean and modern. We felt very at home here and especially liked the big comfy sofa and bed. Lovely balcony and roof terrace with loungers. Fantastic restaurants in Los Gigantes and we found it a very friendly town. Claire is also very friendly, kind and helpful.

Fine, bright and spacious apartment, which has everything it needs (lemon press would still be great but we also managed without it) for cooking everything available in all sizes, except there was Netflix, a good bed (you sleep well is important to us). Practical are also the parking space in the house and only a 5-minute walk to the Superdino which has everything, there are also a two coffees with good croissants. The communication with Emmanuel was very good, very quick response and flexible check out. We will be happy to come back.

This is one of the best-equipped places we spent our holiday! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with two children: a fully equipped laundry, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, spare towels, and a super-equipped kitchen. You walk in and feel at home - sensational! Marga is a fantastic person, responds exceptionally quickly, and gives great recommendations on places to visit in the area.

The Good. The place was great. Central and peaceful location with great view and setup for family of 4. Clean, matching the pictures. Great breakfast place and beach nearby. The one complaint was that kitchen water faucet had a leak underneath the counter - which had to be known to host, because there was a bucket placed underneath to collect the drips. We would not have noticed, but on the last day when we were doing dishes to leave the place clean, the bucket overflowed so had to do extra to clean it up. Hope this is sorted for next visitors. Other than that - highest marks for the place. Highly suggested.

We had a lovely stay at Javier's, located 2km walk from the center of Puerto de la Cruz, the functional accommodation and we lacked nothing. Pool still under construction but Javier got an agreement with the neighboring hotel to benefit from access to their pool (less quiet than that of the residence but Javier can't help it). There was a lot of work noise in the residence which didn't bother us as we were often outside. Very good communication with Javier who goes out of his way to make sure we have a pleasant stay!! No keys which soothes the mind even more. Excellent value for money!!
