Vacation rentals with lake access in Province of Perugia

Great location for swimming and exploring Bolsena. Lake and bar/ restaurant close by but on a peaceful road

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Our stay at this place was very nice! The pool was very clean and was cleaned every evening. Although you share the pool with three other apartments, it was always very quiet and pleasant in the accommodation. Our highlight was also the pizza oven with which we made very delicious fresh pizza!

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

My husband and I highly recommend Sonia’s beautiful Airbnb!! Not only is this a beautiful home, Sonia is a fantastic and responsive host. P.S - We loved Natalino the donkey as a huge plus to the stay

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Almost surreal how beautiful this space is, and the surrounding property is almost too beautiful to describe. Silvia is certainly a top tier host, and her attention to detail is second to none. We are already planning a return trip. If you want to get away from it all, and never have to leave a property ( except to grab more wine), this is the place. But if you want venture out, many top attractions are less than hour drive away. The Lake views alone are worth the trip.

The apartment is located in the charming old town of Bolsena and offers magnificent views over the rooftops and the lake from the small balcony. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Recommended!

I loved my stay at this beautiful little apartment. Maria Argia and Massimo are lovely hosts, very welcoming, attentive, generous and available. I really appreciated the overall comfort, the impeccable cleanliness, the parking behind the gate, the pretty arbor with lemon trees, the proximity to the lake and the village, everything can be reached on foot. Thank you Maria Argia and Massimo for your kind attention, I felt at home and I will be happy to come back.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Beautiful experience! Luca and his family were so kind and welcoming, giving us a lot of useful information to visit the nearby places and the best places to eat typical dishes. The house has impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Close and practical to Anghiari, a beautiful village and many other typical villages of Tuscan beauty. Highly recommended!!

We loved our stay at then convent. It was truely special to be staying in such an old building. The apartment was well laid out and had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking. The grounds were beautiful. Our boys loved exploring the garden and swimming in the pool (even at the end of September!). The perfect place for us to relax and unwind.

Fernando is a very gracious host. His apartment is large and very tastefully decorated, a very comfortable bed, everything necessary is available and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. It is beautifully located overlooking the surrounding hills. The garden has many opportunities to settle in comfortably and those who are a little interested in plants will find a lot to admire here. Beautiful location, great hosts. We loved the lake views from the yard, and the breakfast table & cozy reading chairs were perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The place was clean and comfortable, and Manuela & family were welcoming. Would love to visit again!

This place was everything we wanted and more. SO private (we were aline and no other guests in the big Vila next door). the view is just stunning- waking up to it every day, seeing it from the bedroom and drinking our coffee in this view was magical. arriving there is easy but the oast 5 min drive are in a bit more rocky road- fine for higher cars we arrived when it was fully dark and it was still.fine the pool is amazing we had everything we needed here and likes how it is surrounded by green and really isolated. the communication was easy thank you so.much! I wish we will come back!

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Everything starting from location, peacefulness, amenities etc - were just perfect. You do need a car to get arround. the house has all you might need, Andrea is very helpful host.

Diederik and Martine are very pleasant hosts! No question is too much for them and you will reply very quickly The cottage is located in a nature reserve where it is quiet and quiet. If you would like to visit cafes or bars in the evening, you have to take the car because there is little to do in the immediate vicinity. However, you can drive up the mountain a little higher and eat something good at La Baita di Montarale. The Italian operators are perfectly friendly. Recommended! In the house, all comforts are available: gas fire,dishwasher,fridge with freezer compartment, shower,bath,bedding,even soap and shampoo! Outside you can use the BBQ, the cozy seating area and not to forget the swimming pool. Someone comes by for maintenance on a weekly basis. Nature reserve so also quite a few animals and pebble animals (insects). Every day we spotted scorpions (which also showed up indoors), which was a bit of a scare at first, but in the end they get used to it...they are innocent and helpful. We enjoyed at least our holiday at Casa Lavanda!!

We felt very comfortable right away. The property is located in the middle of a horse farm with many trees around it. Our dog loved the fenced and private garden. Very relaxing and happy to come back.
