Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located place. We are at the foot of the Historic Center. The lakefront, summer nightlife and supermarkets are all 200 meters away, all within walking distance. Free indoor parking. Very clean apartment, with all comforts including newly installed air conditioning (hot-cold). All the furniture is new, it is certainly not a Venetian suite but nothing is missing. We are in a condominium that offers and asks for tranquility. We hope to live up to it.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

We have truly enjoyed our stay here. It is so much more beautiful in real life. This is not just your average Airbnb. The view is INSANE. The pool was bigger than it seemed to us on the pictures! You also have a private sitting area outside right in front of your own door with beautiful view over the whole lake and the best spot for enjoying the beautiful sunsets with a nice local Italian wine. Everything is so well thought out, from the design of the room, as the parking spot as the seating area, it is clear that Giulio's family but a lot of love, thought and attention into this. Thank you for having us!

Laura is an incredible host. She makes sure you end your day with a hot cup of whatever you like. She makes sure you start your day with a hearty breakfast, and of course suggestions on things to do. Laura’s property is a true (B&B) bed & breakfast; not jus a bed. My only regret is that I did not spend more days enjoying the comfort, convenience and hospitality of her beautiful property.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Enjoyed our stay! Exactly what we expected! Space was more than enough for the three of us. Pool was a bonus considering that we didn’t have many options when booking. The host greeted us when we arrived and show us the place and property. If we needed anything they were quick to respond and even helped out with laundry with a small fee. Would definitely stay again when in the area!
