Condo vacation rentals in Province of Perugia

The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

We stayed three nights in the studio, Valentina's welcome was impeccable, very kind host, welcoming, precise and always available for any information. The apartment is new, very clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything you need, it has a small garden where you can eat in peace. The pool available to guests is very nice, surrounded by a very well-kept garden. It is located in a strategic point to visit Perugia, Assisi, Spello and other Umbrian towns. Great stay, highly recommended!

The cutest little apartment in Cortona with everything you need!! It is very close to the center of town, and has incredible views! Angelo was very helpful and responsive! We loved our stay here!

We spent 2 days with my large family at this apartment and had a great time. Large spaces, furnished with style, Mrs. Maria Teresa is very attentive and helpful. Great location. Highly recommend

Claudio was very helpful making sure I found my way to the apartment and showing me everything. The place is well equipped with all that you need for a comfortable stay in Cortona. The apartment is right in the centre of this historic Etruscan city, and there is lots to see and explore. Cortona ha lots of history, but it is also surrounded by beautiful countryside and is also very lively with small shops, cafes, etc. It is on a steep hill, so you need to be fit. If you want to explore the region based in Cortona I would recommend that you hire a car because the public transport is quite sparse. There is lots or parking just outside of the city walls.

Mr. Bård Borch's house is in a very central area of Perugia with all the attractions two minutes away from a pleasant walk, but it is also a quiet place to rest in peace. Recently restored, it is taken care of down to the smallest detail and very clean. The co-host was excellent, helpful, and responsive. Perfect and recommended, thank you!!

House surrounded by greenery on the hills of Perugia, small but cozy and complete with all comforts. The terrace is very nice and with a beautiful view. Alessandro and his partner were always available and kind. I can definitely recommend it.

This is not my first time staying with Sonia and Alice, and like last time I had a great time. Very clean bathroom and kitchen, very nice and hospitable hosts and very central house. I recommend it!

Honestly one of my absolutely favourite places to have stayed. The house was decorated in a beautiful old style, wonderfully clean and felt cosey/homey. Carlo and Gesica were so welcoming and warm. We had fresh eggs from their chickens every day! Absolutely awesome.

The accommodation is fantastic, very convenient for getting around the historic center, equipped with every comfort: large and bright rooms, furnished with good taste in every detail, you can breathe a truly welcoming atmosphere. Mrs. Barbara with her kindness and availability made our stay unforgettable.

Responsive host (and co-host), lovely location and easy to get to places. Easy, straightforward check-in even without the host present to greet us as they weren't available. Next time we'll book with Ernesto again. 🙂

Manuela’s place was beautiful and the views from the terrace were stunning. The building really gave us a true sense of the history and heritage of Spello. We had everything we needed. Manuela was so helpful and met us outside the apartment. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We booked spontaneously and Stefano responded to our request right away. 10 min. later he was on site. We were able to leave our bicycles and luggage already and move into the accommodation an hour later. Everything was clean and well appointed. The property sits in the heart of Cortona. It was perfect :)

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We had fun. Beautiful scenary Gubbio is nearby and is top! Guiseppe and family are fun as well!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

Great views. We only stayed one night, but had the opportunity to enjoy the SPA, which is cozy and beautiful.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

This apartment was everything we needed to start our trip through Italy. We relaxed by the pool, had an amazing Olive Oil tasting experience and enjoyed the quiet, slower pace of the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing destination interested in a place slightly less traveled and a great home base to explore from.
