Condo vacation rentals in Province of Perugia

The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

We stayed three nights in the studio, Valentina's welcome was impeccable, very kind host, welcoming, precise and always available for any information. The apartment is new, very clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything you need, it has a small garden where you can eat in peace. The pool available to guests is very nice, surrounded by a very well-kept garden. It is located in a strategic point to visit Perugia, Assisi, Spello and other Umbrian towns. Great stay, highly recommended!

Ilva and her husband met me at the apartment. She gave excellent directions and was patient as I missed a connection in Florence so was two hours later than I thought. The location if perfect for getting all the places of interest in Orvieto. Her apartment is charming and really makes you feel you’re in Italy.

Carla is a wonderful hostess. She was very responsive. She welcomed us in person, gave us recommendations for restaurants, and left us with a bottle of Prosecco and supplies for breakfast as everything was closed on Jan 1st! Her apartment is charming and very well located. We had a very nice stay.

Spello is a great little Italian town that so far has stayed below the spotlight. It’s a walled hill town where people actually live their lives. Monica, our host went out of her way to help even though she was at the hospital with a sick child. Although she spoke little English and we very little Italian we communicated well. There was a vast array of goodies left for us including a friends olive oil. There is no parking at the apartment but Monica met us at the free parking lot and brought us in. Great restaurants within a short walk. Only negative was a slow WiFi. Highly recommended!

Very spacious, clean apartment, with a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed. It has everything you need for a few days. Not too far from the center (downtown can be reached on foot in 15 minutes). Free parking for the car is a few hundred meters away on foot. Extremely nice and available host. Note that gluing the directions on google maps I arrived at the back of the building instead of the main entrance.

Wonderful agriturismo in Italy! Great for day trips to Montepulciano, Assisi, and Lake Trasimeno. Beautiful surroundings and nice swimming pool. Great for a family!

The apartment, spacious, clean, warm, comfortable and equipped with all comforts, is located a few meters from the historic center. We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

An oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees, countryside and woods. The super cozy house, ideal for spending a few days to discover the surroundings or for rest: it is equipped with everything you need and very well furnished. Daniela is super available and responsive. A mention also in Nazareno, the caretaker of the village: a hospitable person who told us the history of the village and gave advice about the area. We'd be back right away!

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

Great views. We only stayed one night, but had the opportunity to enjoy the SPA, which is cozy and beautiful.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Virgina was a great host and provided a great deal of information for us. The location and Villa was amazing and so peaceful. Highly recommend.
