Well equipped and well located apartment for visiting the historic center, 5-minute walk. We really enjoyed the parking space. Well placed to visit the other points of interest with a car (Sinis peninsula, Nuraghe de Santa Cristina, Termes etc.). The balcony was also very nice.

Really comfortable apartment, well equipped and spotless. On site parking really good. Easy walk to town which is a good place to eat. Gianluca is a very friendly and a good host. He communicates well and he cares about his guests comfort. He has great food recommendations around the area. Nothing too much trouble. We had an excellent two nights here.

The apartment with house character is beautiful and I confirm the positive reviews from other guests !! Great beaches in the area / nice restaurant Mediterraneo at the end of Posada beach/ great location good value for money. The hosts were always available and also arranged us perfectly in repairing our car (very good little workshop 200 meters away) Thanks again for your complete commitment!

We are a couple with a 4-year-old daughter who travels exclusively by public transport (no car). The flat is very well located: in the historic centre and on a pedestrian street, 11 minutes' walk from the station. It's very pretty. You can see that this is a flat "for living in", not just for short lets. It has character and its very large terrace is very pleasant. It's also very well equipped for cooking. What's more, the owner gave us a very warm welcome.
