the apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photo. Very clean, quiet and very close to the historic center of Bosa, within walking distance. I specify that both in the living room and in one of the two bedrooms there is air conditioning, because it is not valued in the description and is an extra point. Friendly and helpful host, with a smile always available, a worker who hosts with dedication. And how difficult it is to meet such owners!!

Super refined apartment. A great union of the new with pieces from another era. Super clean. Super equipped. Super. Angelo? A constant presence without having met him in person. Very useful tips for a perfect stay in the area. We'll be back to see everything we haven't seen.

The apartment was newly furnished throughout and very clean. Check in and communication was easy. the apartment is in a good location for the beach and town as well as only a short drive to the city of Oristano and many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay

Marco was a great host. He was very accommodating and wanted to help with, for example, lifting luggage. He was very flexible in the arrival time. In addition, the place looked very large and super clean. We felt completely at home. Wake up with a delicious coffee and beautiful view was of course also completely perfect! Thank you Marco for all your help and tips about the area!

Ideally located ( the street to cross to be on the beach) and quiet, the accommodation matches the description and was perfect for my use. I recommend and will come back. Although the property is managed by a company, the on-site correspondent, Giovanni, was responsive, welcoming and friendly.

We loved staying here! Nilla was lovely and her place is really unique - the art and wooden decor that she has created made it feel very peaceful. The balcony was fantastic overlooking the river, and of course, loved the hammock ☺️ It was great value, clean and good communication from Nilla. The only thing that wasn’t quite so good was the futon bed which wasn’t very comfy. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, although I think it’s always good to get the steps in when regularly eating pasta & pizza! Beautiful location, Bosa is a must visit if you’re not sure where to go in Sardinia. Recommend visiting Cane Malu which was a great location for swimming & snorkelling.

Perfect location with a beautiful beach just in front of the terrasse ! We had a really nice stay !

The apartment is well renovated, very nicely decorated, functional and clean. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the maquis (with deer) and the sea. We watched beautiful sunsets here. Since the apartment is in the basement, it is nice and cool even on hot days. Cornelia and Giuseppe are great hosts and live in the apartment above. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from the large sandy beach with beach bar. We drove a car with our small children, as the apartment is on a hill. The restaurant on the beach is about 15 minutes walk. Sant'Antonio di Santandi is about 10 min drive from Pistis. There is a small supermarket and a bar with coffee and pastries. The fishing village of Marccedi is only about 15 minutes away by car and has a very good restaurant. Giuseppe is happy to help with everything and give tips. We enjoyed our stay in Pistis and in Giuseppe's apartment!

Perfect spot for exploring Bosa and the surrounding area. The apartment was spacious and and very clean. Claudia was very easy to communicate with and provided us with some lovely food gifts! Great stay!

We took the house for New Year's Eve, for six people. The host was very kind, he showed us the whole house and how to use some appliances. Very modern and equipped house, very close to the historic center of Oristano. Possibility of parking in front of the house (if there is a space). Heated house with radiators and heat pumps. They were kind enough to let us find a panettone, and given the day they allowed us to postpone checkout.

We had a great stay in Luca's apartment, it's a great location in Oristano. We stayed with our 8 month old and I worked remotely during the day - the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Luca was very helpful with all our requests/questions. We recommend it to anyone who goes to Oristano.

We stayed about ten days between the end of July and the beginning of August and we had a great time. The terrace with sea view hosted us from breakfast to dinner with a beautiful sunset view. The interior of the house is small but everything is inside and out (as well as the perfect outdoor shower post beach). The location is perfect to walk to the beach but we preferred to get around by car (it's really a minute and there is parking) to move umbrellas and the rest. Ideal for a vacation in relaxation!

santi's apartment had everything you needed to spend a few days of carefree relaxation. Comfortable house, clean and with everything you need in terms of equipment. Convenient parking in the adjacent reserved space, excellent communication and availability from Santi and his mother! House not very close to the center of Cabras but in return strategic position to be able to visit the countless attractions and beaches of Sinis (many 10 minutes or a little more by car and the farthest no later than half anhour). i only learned on site the accommodation tax to be added (that for Cabras it is €2/person/night..), which is why I would suggest specifying better in the listing. in conclusion, definitely an excellent solution to visit these beautiful areas!!

The apartment was well appointed with smart TVs, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Modern amenities and all fully functional. Outside space was great. We were fortunate that no one else was there when we stayed meaning we didn’t have to share with anyone. Not sure we would have liked to have shared the outdoors with someone else as the hot tub only fits 4. The weather the day we arrived was awful so Claudio was kind to allow us to check in 1.5hrs earlier. This was greatly appreciated. Bed was comfortable and it’s in a quiet neighbourhood but with close amenities. Off-road parking was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

House with good amenities. Very good cleanliness and very beautiful kitchen. Although the listing mentioned a jacuzzi was not available. The village of Aritudea although small is cute with some buildings of interesting architecture. The best beaches are some distance away (between 30 and 40 km). The nearby beaches are not very interesting.

Claudio's place is as described. There is everything you need for a great holiday. The beaches of the Sinis Peninsula are less than 20min drive away. Claudio is a professional and responsive host.

Just like the photos, the security guard who gave us the key was very cordial and kind. We had a problem but everything arranged. A wonderful stay recommended

We spent a great week with the family in the 1st floor apartment which has several terraces including a very nice one overlooking the pool. The beds were regularly redone and so were the cleaning. The house is very beautiful and all the bars, restaurants and services very easily accessible on foot because the accommodation is very close to the center while remaining very quiet and private. We highly recommend.

Great room in the heart of Bosa, we booked it for our anniversary and it was really magical. Comfortable environment, bathroom and hot tub in the room. The only downside is the view of the internal terrace, otherwise it's beautiful. Double bed with front TV, large spaces, all clean and tidy. I want to denote the kindness, friendliness and availability of the hosts. 5 stars well deserved, highly recommended.

Lovely apartment, great base for the local sites and visiting Oristano. Well equipt kitchen for self catering which is always appreciated.
