the apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photo. Very clean, quiet and very close to the historic center of Bosa, within walking distance. I specify that both in the living room and in one of the two bedrooms there is air conditioning, because it is not valued in the description and is an extra point. Friendly and helpful host, with a smile always available, a worker who hosts with dedication. And how difficult it is to meet such owners!!

Typical Sardinian home, located in the small alleys of Bosa. Everything is within walking distance, with a stunning pizzeria down the street. We did not lack anything and the terrace is a real plus with a view of the roofs of Bosa. We had a great time and would love to stay again. Thank you to Elena for her kindness, her responsiveness to our needs and her good advice.

Ideally located ( the street to cross to be on the beach) and quiet, the accommodation matches the description and was perfect for my use. I recommend and will come back. Although the property is managed by a company, the on-site correspondent, Giovanni, was responsive, welcoming and friendly.

Good and very friendly communication with Giovanni. The apartment was equipped as described and very clean, we felt right at home. There were good tips about gastronomy and things to do in the area. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city in a residential area about 15 minutes away from the city center. Large supermarket 2 minutes walk.

Beautiful accommodation in Cabras (better than the center of Oristano), with all the amenities and fantastic beaches just a few minutes by car. A big thank you to the host Carlo always present, kind and ready to recommend every day about the surroundings and various, an added value to the vacation.🙂 Definitely a place to come back and stay again!

The accommodation is spacious, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you need with a nice courtyard a stone's throw from the center of Oristano. Easy to find parking in front of the property. Host Ele is very kind and helpful in giving information about things to do and places to visit. Recommended.

Gian Franco was the most helpful, attentive, most generous host I've ever met. The house, spacious, bright, thoughtfully furnished, was very comfortable. Dining on the terrace overlooking the sea was very pleasant.

Joanna's house is a large apartment in the basement of a villa. It is furnished with everything you need and equipped with a very comfortable and functional kitchen. It is a cool, bright and very clean house. You can eat in a space outside the side of the house that is accessed by climbing a few steps and possibly using the barbecue. The bathroom is comfortable despite the absence of the bidet. Joanna was always quick to respond to messages, great communication. The location of the house is strategic compared to many beautiful beaches reachable in 15 and 20 minutes by car.

The apartment is full of charm very nice and conveniently located. The views from the windows are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's place.

We had a great stay in Luca's apartment, it's a great location in Oristano. We stayed with our 8 month old and I worked remotely during the day - the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Luca was very helpful with all our requests/questions. We recommend it to anyone who goes to Oristano.

santi's apartment had everything you needed to spend a few days of carefree relaxation. Comfortable house, clean and with everything you need in terms of equipment. Convenient parking in the adjacent reserved space, excellent communication and availability from Santi and his mother! House not very close to the center of Cabras but in return strategic position to be able to visit the countless attractions and beaches of Sinis (many 10 minutes or a little more by car and the farthest no later than half anhour). i only learned on site the accommodation tax to be added (that for Cabras it is €2/person/night..), which is why I would suggest specifying better in the listing. in conclusion, definitely an excellent solution to visit these beautiful areas!!

The apartment was well appointed with smart TVs, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Modern amenities and all fully functional. Outside space was great. We were fortunate that no one else was there when we stayed meaning we didn’t have to share with anyone. Not sure we would have liked to have shared the outdoors with someone else as the hot tub only fits 4. The weather the day we arrived was awful so Claudio was kind to allow us to check in 1.5hrs earlier. This was greatly appreciated. Bed was comfortable and it’s in a quiet neighbourhood but with close amenities. Off-road parking was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

House with good amenities. Very good cleanliness and very beautiful kitchen. Although the listing mentioned a jacuzzi was not available. The village of Aritudea although small is cute with some buildings of interesting architecture. The best beaches are some distance away (between 30 and 40 km). The nearby beaches are not very interesting.

Claudio's place is as described. There is everything you need for a great holiday. The beaches of the Sinis Peninsula are less than 20min drive away. Claudio is a professional and responsive host.

The accommodation is very pleasant, nicely decorated, very clean, with everything you need for a great stay. The place is magical and Antonio is very welcoming, helpful, available and attentive. The pool, very nice too and very well decorated with various plants, everything is extremely well maintained. We spent a few days of relaxation that we will remember. Nice apartment next to the city center.

Comfortable beds and a quiet room. Jacuzzi really is a nice touch and works well. Keep in mind, the jacuzzi comes at the expense of a shower, meaning you have to wash yourself in the jacuzzi. For us this was no problem.

we were very well. We were 4 persinas and the accommodation is spacious and comfortable. Easy parking. Well located to get to know the surroundings. fabio very friendly. we definitely recommend it
