Very nice stay.. spacious and calm place… leandro was very friendly and helpful..

History, old stones, Italian charm, medium mountains, greenery sometimes equial or rather southern border by the sea... It is a very old house between the sea and the mountain, bathed in birds chirping (super many). Nice pizzeria right next door, hike, beach or visit of historical sites...

The house was lovely and in a great location for walking (25 minutes) or cycling into Lucca. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The garden and swimming pool were really lovely and clearly well cared for. Giovanna was an excellent host. She spoke very good English and was helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The place was better than we thought and the view was excellent there at the top of the clouds. all the furniture and everything in the accommodation is antiq and a really nice country house from before. Letizia and Loredana were very helpful and informed us about everything. We felt right at home from the beginning and grilled every night. Cleanliness was top. Dishes, towels, linens ... Insects outside were only a small drawback, which is normal almost everywhere in the summer, but we also got a spray and igniter from Letizia spray and detonators against it. In general, it was a nice pleasant stay for us and we recommend it to everyone.

We had a lovely stay at the house, cool. Well-equipped kitchen (with everything we needed for breakfast!!), we particularly enjoyed the 2 high chairs and 2 umbrella beds at your disposal (as well as the 2 bathrooms). We did not understand on the listing but the house is not "insulated": there is an apartment below, and a chalet a little higher up on the grounds. However, we were not bothered by this. No mobile network in the house but wifi. Very responsive host who gives instructions on what to do in the area.

The house is in a fantastic location! The view of the valley is fantastic. It's very quiet and you can switch off super well, enjoy the pool and the insane property! It is very clean! Maria Grazia and Claudio are wonderful warm people. If you need them, they are immediately available for help and advice. You feel right at home! The pool is sensationally good and has given us great pleasure and good cooling. Our dogs also loved themselves there and felt comfortable! Pisa, Florence and also the sea are very easily accessible and definitely worth a day trip! A beautiful spot and we'll be back for sure! A big thank you to Maria Grazia and Claudio

I stay in an old house, so thick walls and distribution of spaces "like once". Federica was very helpful from the beginning and immediately ready to respond. We found everything we needed, kettle, tea and sugar sachets, coffee maker with coffee plus everything we needed to cook. You sleep well because there are no noise around. You can walk to the waterfront. They live in the same complex and were really nice in welcoming them. We recommend it.

We had a familiy holiday of two weeks - very good location for Bagni di Lucca! You can walk into town, but house is up in the green hill. Communication with Mike is very easy - washing machine broke down on the second run, Mike had electrician over from the village, new machine the next day. What a brilliant service. Thank you!

I highly recommend this apartment! Perfect location, very convenient to reach the sea. The house is really very nice and well-kept, we stayed a week and we had a great time, it really has everything you need!

This place is pure magic! We were looking for a quiet, peaceful few days between larger cities and boy did this deliver. The space itself is so cute and cozy, and we visited in the cooler season. Monica (and everyone in town!) is so sweet and helpful and the surrounding village and scenery offers mountain hiking just steps away. We highly suggest a dinner at the one restaurant in town. Loved it! … I could really write a novel about this place but here’s some things to know before going- It’s remote alright! Some winding small roads and a bit of a walk to the house. The wifi wasn’t great (but I’d go back in a heart beat to do some writing. I love the no distraction vibe, but if you’re looking for Netflix that may not work out.) If the mattress was better this place would be a 15 out of 10 for me.

We felt absolutely comfortable. The place is exactly as described, well equipped and clean, fanatic view of the valley, nice quiet neighborhood. You should definitely eat in the village at least once - great atmosphere and friendly staff. Check-in went smoothly and super friendly, everything in the apartment works great and nothing is missing. Only the bed will be a little uncomfortable after 2 weeks and the water pressure in the shower could be better (as most of the time in Italy), but you can also live with that if the rest is right. We would always come back and recommend the apartment to anyone!

We had a great weekend in the space. Mirko is very available and on site we were greeted (even late) by Domenico who gave us some good advice. The space is as described and has beautiful views of the mountains. Both bedrooms are spacious and both equipped with bathrooms. The bedding is wide and comfortable. I recommend it without hesitation!

The hosts could not have not have done more for us, they were very attentive! The place was beautiful, peaceful, and spotless. Perfect place for a nice break. Would highly recommend

We only stayed 2 nights at Lucca Comics 2024. Great location. In Silvia's little house there is really everything you need for your stay, from the kitchen, to the bedrooms and bathroom. Silvia is a great host, helpful and very kind.

We can recommend everyone to stay with Maria Elena. This airbnb is the perfect mix of rustic and modern and more impressive than the photos can bring it across. This is especially true for the breathtaking view of the mountains. Maria Elena immediately welcomed us warmly, was super nice and always available for all questions. We had a hard time arriving in the dark, actually you really just have to follow the directions. However, we thought we missed something in the dark and were too hesitant 😄 A car is a must, with this you can easily reach the wonderful nature in the area (e.g. the stalactite cave) or can easily make a trip to Lucca and / or Pisa, a supermarket is 10 minutes away as well as a great ice cream parlor. So pack a few socks (in the apartment it is pleasantly cool) and don't hesitate to book! Thank you very much dear Maria Elena for the great days with you, we will be back!☺️

Very comfortable structure with all amenities and two large double rooms. Air conditioners in all rooms, washing machine, equipped kitchen, maxisscreen. Very kind hosts and very convenient location with connections in all directions. Free parking along the boulevard. Thank you for everything.

Spectacular apartment in the heart of Lucca. Recommended for those who want to spend a stay in a place out of time and live a one-of-a-kind experience.

Carla's house is beautiful,finished. The owner was very kind and accommodated our requests. He welcomed us with a great aperitif. We were all pleasantly amazed and satisfied. We couldn't have expected better. We will definitely be back! Thank you Carla!

Small but nice apartment, comfortable outdoor space. Quiet location and the sea is also easily accessible on foot, as well as the center of Tonfano. We had a good time and hope to be back! Parking is always available but a little far for us who had a lot of luggage with an infant, but everything is feasible!!

Apartment on the slopes of Val di Luce cozy and very clean. Convenient to reach and in a very quiet setting. Roberta is very kind in providing us with the information necessary for our arrival and Daniela was friendly in welcoming us.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation for 4 people. I appreciated the location of the place because it is quite ventilated, we ate out even in the hottest hours and it felt very good. It is close to the restaurant of the campsite where we have ate great pizzas and fried exquisite seafood. Comfortable proximity to the sea, with the bicycle you can get to Viareggio in a short time. We'll definitely be back.

Fabrizio was super attentive and was able to book a hair appt for me and the terrace was perfect for a candle lit dinner We loved everything about our spot and it was a great home away from home during our one week stay!

This house is beautiful. It was quiet, peaceful, adjacent to a stream. We could walk a short distance to a wedding at a nearby villa. Restaurants nearby were really good. Our host was so helpful and patient to help us find our way there (in spite of our poor navigation skills). Douwe Jan went above and beyond ! We had a wonderful stay!!
