Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Lucca

Among all the houses I've visited, even larger houses, this one made me feel like I was at home, I will definitely come back, even my wife, my son and my parents were very happy with everything.

The apartment is well located and a lovely pick for outdoor visit. Would recommend.

Very clean tidy apartment, located on the second floor without an elevator and the area is very convenient for the center. Parking is easy to find, a positive note at the tobacconist there are daily and weekly passes. The host responds very quickly and is very helpful and responsive.

We were guests at Gianna and Alessio's house for two days and honestly we felt at home not only because of the property in excellent condition as seen in the photos, but above all because of the owners' willingness to meet any need, having two girls, one of whom is small, I must say very helpful. The place is near Viareggio, a place we wanted to go to see the carnival. Recommended, we'll be back

great experience, the apartment was very clean. Parking was also easy to find in the area despite it being the night before a masquerade. Giovanna was very friendly and kind and asked us several times if we needed anything.

Beautiful location with a great view from the deck. Clean minimal house. Easy parking for €5/day in winter €10 in summer. The nice thing about staying in the winter is that the beach is clear. The only negative is that the restaurant downstairs blows smoke Friday-Sunday. This means that if the wind is wrong a ton of smoke blows into the apartment. Not the owner’s fault but can be very unpleasant is you have a smoke sensitivity.

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Great stay hosted by Alessandra. Super friendly, accommodating and responsive host. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable home. Easy walk to the sea, cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay again when back in the area.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but far from the noise of the center. I'd love to come back if I'm in the area. Only flaw: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being paid everywhere. We parked and didn't move the car again.

The accommodation is very nice, it is a small independent house on two floors, with a nice private outdoor space, it perfectly matches the description and photos. Added value is the location: it is just a few minutes' walk from the pine forest and the promenade and the train station is also easily accessible. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, providing information and attention.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, garden amazing and views even better than the photos. Gloria gave us a warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. A car is essential. The local restaurant owner was very friendly and we enjoyed a few meals there, very convenient, only 5 mins walk! The area is lovely, so much to explore. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great place and fab location, a stones throw from the station and 10 mins walk to a variety of shops , town, sea etc. Great shower, fully equipped modern apartment. Only criticism would be street noise early in the morning and beds were too hard for me as I prefer a softer supportive mattress. If you like a hard mattress, this place is a great find.

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! Great location, beach and restaurants right next door. Great starting point for day trips, we were in Cinque terre, and by bus right next door it went quickly to the train station. Ilaria was quick to answer any questions and arranged a taxi for us on the day of departure. If you want a cozy apartment, with a nice private outdoor area, short way to the beach, etc., this apartment is recommended. Clean and tidy and service-minded host. Happy to come back!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. First of all, it's in a beautiful area one block from the Viareggio walkway and still near the sea. In addition, Gabriele was always very attentive to resolving all our concerns, we will stay again another time.

Visiting this gorgeous seaside town in the off-season on the beautiful Italian coast was one of the best decisions we made on this trip! The penthouse of this historic hotel (just steps from the ocean) had the most spectacular views… not to mention they were from a warm and bubbling hot tub. The place had charm and personality — not to mention a sleeping situation that found us cozily slumbering for 12 hours each night. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our host, Martin, personally greeted us to let us in and made sure we had everything we needed. The town itself has very easy to access train transportation, which took us to a beautiful afternoon in Cinque Terre. The only thing we might have added to this stay was an extra night.
