Quiet and romantic, 20' from the sea and completely immersed in greenery. We host NON-SMOKING ADULTS ONLY, we are pet-friendly (small-medium size) and very environmentally friendly. Pedona is just a 5-minute walk from the property, and offers 2 grocery stores and 1 excellent typical restaurant. Camaiore, a small historic and well-served town, is an 8-minute drive away. Our Wi-Fi is VERY VERY SLOW, but as I told you, the connection is not our priority😉.

Outside the studio, a large garden where you can rest comfortably after enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Garfagnana and Valle del Serchio. Excellent starting point for excursions to the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and to visit Lucca 40 minutes away by car, Pisa an hour, Florence an hour and a half, the Versilia coast an hour.

She makes sure that the rules are followed, and you feel safe. #### Restrictions: - **WiFi**: The wifi provided is only available at the restaurants, which has limited us a bit. - **Technical issues**: The TV did not work before we arrived and the landlord could not get a replacement.

Sgherri was always available to answer any questions. Giovanni is a very friendly, likeable, helpful and warm host. The entire property is like a feel-good oasis. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in our tiny house. In the small farm shop on site you get everything you need for breakfast or dinner.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone! Pellegrino and his wife are very welcoming and helpful hosts. The pool and gardens are very beautiful and private, even better than on the photographs. The living space is small but clean and equipped with everything you need, the sofa bed is the comfiest and biggest we’ve slept on so that wasn’t an issue either. It’s an easy 15 min drive into Lucca and there are nearby restaurants - we didn’t try any within walking distance but we drove about 10 mins up onto the hill to some with amazing views and even better food!
