Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Lucca

First of all, I have to thank Stefania and her dear mother for the detailed directions, courtesy and hospitality with which they welcomed us. Pietrasanta was a pleasant surprise, wherever you go, there are countless artisan shops and the atmosphere of New Year's Eve with the night lights gives you joy. The house we stayed in is a comfortable furnished and equipped wedding favor, nothing is missing, the kitchen is complete, the bedroom is spacious, the bathroom is functional and above all rests in absolute silence despite being a short walk from the center. I have traveled a lot and took advantage of Airbnb facilities but I have to recognize that Stefania is very attentive to her guests and it is difficult to find so much professionalism and love in her work. Keep it up, I wish you all the best and hope to be back.

Impeccable house, very clean and well-equipped. Welcoming, attentive and very responsive host. The only thing to note is that the basement room smells slightly wet. And for fat lovers in the mornings, it's better to sleep upstairs, because as soon as the neighbors are in their gardens you can all hear. In terms of the location of the house, we were not disappointed. It is located in a rather quiet area, 10min drive from the beach, a large super market and about 15min from the historic center of Camaiore where there are plenty of good little restaurants and shops in pedestrian streets. In short, we had a great stay and will gladly go back.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Gloria and Francesco we're the best hosts and the property was better than we could have imagined! Renters will definitely need a car; this is partway up a mountain and though a bus technically has stops on it, I never saw one. Amazing central location for day trips; wonderful local food; friendly locals; and Francesco told us about a great quiet beach that turned out to be amazing. Can't wait to go back! We stayed in this house for one night. The owners were very welcoming and super helpful, the house had everything you need and was just as seen in the photos. The area is very quiet and quite central. We had a great time, I recommend it and we will definitely be back.

Lovely place and host !

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

Anita was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome, she even rescued us from Lucca one evening when we couldn’t get a taxi. One evening there was a musical play in the garden which sounded beautiful even though we were too tired to attend. We managed the whole 2 weeks with bikes, it’s a 15 min cycle into Lucca. The apartment was very traditional and had good facilities. The swimming pool was wonderful. We ate outdoors on many occasions which was very peaceful. My only negative is parts of the outdoors/furniture could do with a refresh but I guess it’s coming towards the end of a long hot Summer. Overall we loved it ❤️

Our stay in Viareggio in Stefania's apartment was amazing. Casa Matilde is a very cozy and beautiful apartment and we felt right at home. The location is awesome, the beach is very close and even the train station is easily reachable by foot. We love to cook and Stefania's apartment has a great kitchen with all supplies we needed to make beautiful Tuscany steaks, vegetables and fish! The bathroom feels like it is freshly renovated, beautiful shower and stylishly designed. The balcony is also huge and every room has a window/door to it, which makes it have great air circulation. Stefania was a great host! She sent us many great recommendations up front (groceries, restaurants, parking, shopping) and during our trip was always available for questions or further recommendations! We can recommend this place to anyone looking to have an amazing time in Viareggio!

Thank you very much dear Sara for providing us with your apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a fantastic location with direct beach access . The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and bedrooms, but we are both quite large. We were able to arrange this very well and for us that was no problem either. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you for that!

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

Amazing location in Lucca. Walked so quickly to the walls. Apartment had all we needed. Beautiful outdoor terrace and lots of fresh air through the windows. Don’t spend much time at the apartment itself which should be typical as there is so much to do and see in the area. Would recommend.

We have had many stays in Lucca in different Airbnb, and Francesco's is at its best! Very nice environment, super quiet, parking available (it's a luxury inside the ramparts). The apartment is really nice with its balcony overlooking the park. Really great Airbnb 🙏

A few times the stay in a BnB was so beautiful and relaxing, with such beautiful and kind people. Micaela is fantastic and very available for everything and the house is simply beautiful, very well cared for and with a lot of personality. Highly recommended!

Andrea is a great host, helpful and responsive. The apartment is close to the center of Pietrasanta and very close to the only free parking lot (a big plus!). The bathrooms are great and stylish, the bedrooms comfortable and there is lots of space. Restaurants are very close by, but if you like to cook the kitchen is well furnished and the food shop is in walking distance.

Maria Luisa was very friendly and welcoming.She offered suggestions about where to visit and responded immediately to any enquiries we made.Her accommodation was spotless and was equipped with everything you could possibly need .A very comfortable stay

Visiting this gorgeous seaside town in the off-season on the beautiful Italian coast was one of the best decisions we made on this trip! The penthouse of this historic hotel (just steps from the ocean) had the most spectacular views… not to mention they were from a warm and bubbling hot tub. The place had charm and personality — not to mention a sleeping situation that found us cozily slumbering for 12 hours each night. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our host, Martin, personally greeted us to let us in and made sure we had everything we needed. The town itself has very easy to access train transportation, which took us to a beautiful afternoon in Cinque Terre. The only thing we might have added to this stay was an extra night. Thank you, Martin. Your stay may be tough to beat! Hope to see you again!

Large and cozy house as well as clean. The owner was hospitable. There was everything you need to stay in the house. I would definitely come back!

We loved our time in Viareggio and this apartment. Bright and spacious and everything we needed. Lots of great information in the apartment and beautiful photos of old Viareggio. Fabrizio went above and beyond for us and we will definitely book again when we return.
