Great apartment right on the harbor of Porto Azzuro. The large balcony has a great view of palm trees and the boats swaying in the harbor. Here you like to sit and watch the hustle and bustle. There wasn't much going on on the promenade in October, so it was quite quiet in the apartment for the central location. The apartment itself offers a living room, two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was renovated and even had a washing machine. A supermarket is within walking distance, as is the best ice cream shop in town. The bus stop with buses to Capoliveri and Porto Ferraio is minutes away. We felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the apartment! It was a nice vacation here!

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Great, large place with a great terrace. The location is quiet and the possibilities to do something great. The location is ideal to combine visiting a restaurant with a walk.

A week-long vacation with dad and family, convenient location downtown and close to the beach. Nearby places and markets did not require the use of the car, added value of the parking space and the proximity to the apartment of the same. Alessandro is friendly and available for any need. We had a wonderful stay at Frederica’s apartment! She responded very quickly to our request for an early check-in, which was incredibly helpful. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and spotless — it was clear that great care had been taken to make it welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast essentials already prepared for us, which made us feel right at home. Frederica even gifted a lovely toy to our daughter — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! The apartment had everything we could possibly need for a longer stay — all the important little things that make everyday living easy and comfortable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!

Definitely a positive experience. House located in a quiet area but at the same time a short walk from the seafront and the beach, small but clean, with crystal clear water. The fact of having a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Elban hinterland makes the accommodation even more comfortable. The only bad note, unfortunately, is two floors to do with a spiral staircase that with large suitcases, as in our case, was a little challenging. So single trolleys ;-). However, once you park the car you can also leave it where it is, you have everything at your fingertips: restaurants, bars, pubs, shops, groceries, ovens, beach. So the spiral staircase definitely backs up. We spent a week of absolute relaxation. Marciana Marina is a beautiful reality to visit, especially the ancient village. We'll definitely be back. We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We were greeted in person - a pleasant experience. More peesonal than a self-checkin. Got a bottle of wino as a welcoming gift. Very thoughtful. Would definitely return :)

Antignano is about 6 km from downtown Livorno, but the bus/train runs right nearby. We did not need a car to do all the sightseeing we wanted. The shops you need are very close, bakery, grocery, butcher, pharmacy. Very friendly shopkeepers as well! Giovanna and Fabio are fabulous people, and went way above and beyond our expectations with recommending sights to see, and even giving us a lift to and from the train station! We loved our 2 weeks at Casa dei Remi!

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. The location is special, it reserves a unique view and exceptional livability... you live total privacy immersed in the smells, sounds and colors of the sea!!!

We had a great time in Paolo's house. The location is absolutely fantastic and Paolo is very friendly and was super quick to respond to messages. Especially the sunset is spectacular from the property.

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but the parking lots are convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it is not affected by the noise of people. On the contrary. The house is nice and functional. Not too noticeable things: having stayed at the beginning of September, the rail traffic increases and in the master bedroom you can hear it quite a bit. Until 1/9 the passages were significantly reduced. The shower drains badly, too bad. But it's a simple problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is windowless. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if there are many guests. But the apartment really lacks nothing and Massimo is super-available for everything.

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

I can totally recommend. Beautiful and clean flat with a good kitchen to cook. Beach is very near and besutiful.

We were always accompanied by Andrea, very attentive always interested in knowing about our situation. It always answered promptly the doubts that arose. We stayed 24 nights with the apartment, but we slept a few nights in other cities in Italy and everything went very well. "It was a pleasure staying in Andrea and Beatrice's apartment.
