Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Livorno

Very friendly hosts, they met us on a road and accomanied to their place. You can park your car right by the home in the gated area. They have gorgeous and modern home with 2 levels. All furniture, appliances and staff are new. Very comfortable beds and a sofa. You will have a big terrace where you can enjoy a dinner with fabulous sunset. I would highly recommend that place especially for families with kids.

The most incredible view with complete privacy. The house is truly a piece of paradise. The hosts were so kind and available to help with all requests. We highly recommend staying at this magical place.

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Alfredo’s villa celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Alfredo was an amazing host. We felt at home from day one. We arrived in the evening, the next morning we awoke to the most beautiful and peaceful view from our bedroom window of the rolling Tuscan hills…just unbelievable! Alfredo was very helpful, thoughtful and kind. He gave some many great recommendations during our stay. The villa is located across the street from a wonderful winery and very close to the hill town of Peccioli. There is also a local pastry/coffee shop about five minutes away in LaRosa that we visited each morning. We rented a car, and the location of the villa was perfect to explore other parts of Tuscany. We visited Florence, Pisa, Luca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Cinque Terra and Chianni. Thank You Alfredo for making our trip so amazing!!!

A really roomy and elegant property with an amazing view. We visited as an extended family for Christmas, and had all the space and amenities we needed. The property is well decorated and had everything we needed for our Christmas break. Morrona is a charming and peaceful village, and the neighbouring village Terriciola was within a short walk. Also: Andrea is a really friendly and helpful host who helped make the most of our stay. Highly recommended!

We couldn't have a better Christmas than that. Stefania: beautiful and exquisite person, professional and attentive, very kind and available. The chalet is a corner of paradise: we spent 6 days immersed in a forest, in total privacy. The place is fairytale and perfect for getting away with everything - the details make it really special! Stefania welcomed us with a very welcome aperitif and with great care in illustrating the cabin. What can we say: do we want to talk about the wellness area? It's a dream: move all the curtains and enjoy the relaxation surrounded by greenery! I'd like to say more, but I think you have to discover for yourself everything this incredible place has to offer. Around there is the possibility of taking beautiful walks all in the greenery! Great location for every need : supermarkets and more. But above all, just a few minutes from Stefania's restaurant and her husband:Piandilaura Gourmet! A real gem: her amazing husband! Excellent quality of every dish tasted. Go! ♥️

Great and clean house in a guarded areal. Elena was always available if necessary. Very friendly and fast communication.

Giglio was accessible and helpful at all times. Communication in English smoothly..The apartment is very cozy and corresponds to the photos. Giglio is a very friendly and empathetic person with whom we laughed a lot and welcomed us extremely lovingly and also said goodbye at the end.

We are a group of 10 friends and had an amazing time at Chateau la Siroque. Francesco was a very nice host, when we arrived we were welcomed with home baked pie and a bottle of wine from the vineyard around the Castle. The view is breathtaking and the whole setting of the villa in the Tuscan hills is just beautiful. The pool is also very nice, and the house very well-equipped. I fully recommend a stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

It was completely successful! Very nice advance communication with Michele, then very nice handover by Friedhelm. We loved the house spontaneously and it stopped all the time. Great is the panoramic view from the huge terrace. Depending on the request for sun or shade through the large pine trees, there is always the right place all day. And if it rains, you also have a great view from the dining table or from the sofa through the windows reaching to the floor. Kitchen is modern and very fully equipped. Overall, you can tell from the quality of the furnishings that the owners themselves are always living here for longer periods of time. Thanks to good heating, it's also a good tip for winter months. The location to Capoliveri is also excellent. On the one hand, the very varied place can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes on foot, on the other hand, the house itself is very quiet. We felt super comfortable!

The place was amazing! Beautiful gardens and interior. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive whenever we wrote to him. The house looks great, there’s one bedroom with a private bathroom on the first level with the livingroom both having access to the gardens. A floor down there’s the kitchen that has all the needed amenities. Up a floor from the living room there are 3 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms accesibile from the hallway. All of them were clean and accommodating. There’s a restaurant close by with great food (walkable distance) and a supermarket in the next town over (reachable by car in just a few minutes). All in all, Andrea’s accommodation was everything we needed and more to experience Tuscany.

Emanuela and Peppe are really great hosts and kind people, they gave us a lot of useful recommendations and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment was clean and good equipped. It was also ideal for our dog, who had access to the garden and was allowed to run there freely. The location has awesome view and is very central of the island.

Simone was very previous and was always reachable. The house is very large and a big turnaround.

We loved our stay at Sabrina’s. The apartment has wraparound patios that offer shade and a breeze, even on the hottest days. We loved being able to walk to the beach and fantastic meals at Il Faro. Sabrina gave so many excellent recommendations and I have never had such easy communication as we did using the group chat feature she sets up for each guest. I highly recommend this apartment and host for anyone looking for a restful, comfortable accommodation.
