Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Livorno

Very friendly hosts, they met us on a road and accomanied to their place. You can park your car right by the home in the gated area. They have gorgeous and modern home with 2 levels. All furniture, appliances and staff are new. Very comfortable beds and a sofa. You will have a big terrace where you can enjoy a dinner with fabulous sunset. I would highly recommend that place especially for families with kids.

The most incredible view with complete privacy. The house is truly a piece of paradise. The hosts were so kind and available to help with all requests. We highly recommend staying at this magical place.

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Alfredo’s villa celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Alfredo was an amazing host. We felt at home from day one. We arrived in the evening, the next morning we awoke to the most beautiful and peaceful view from our bedroom window of the rolling Tuscan hills…just unbelievable! Alfredo was very helpful, thoughtful and kind. He gave some many great recommendations during our stay. The villa is located across the street from a wonderful winery and very close to the hill town of Peccioli. There is also a local pastry/coffee shop about five minutes away in LaRosa that we visited each morning. We rented a car, and the location of the villa was perfect to explore other parts of Tuscany. We visited Florence, Pisa, Luca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Cinque Terra and Chianni. Thank You Alfredo for making our trip so amazing!!!

The place is as described, completely newly renovated and super cute. It is well located felt at the highest point in Chianni. The garden has a great view of Tuscany and it has everything you need. The hot tub is very large and clean and is super nice at the end of the garden also overlooking Tuscany, really great. Unfortunately, the water had a lot of chlorine, which you might want to adjust. The place was equipped with everything you need and very clean. Also Gabriele brought us a little gift which was really very cute, thank you! The place is not far from Pisa by car, which is also super convenient 🙂 The area is already quite cool and humid in October/November, making everything quite "clammy", you have to adjust to that. All in all, it was very nice there and you can recommend the place.

We spent 2.5 great, relaxing week at the place and felt super comfortable. The place is exactly as described and Eleonora and Michele are very friendly and accommodating hosting. If we come back to Elba, we'll be happy to come back!

Great and clean house in a guarded areal. Elena was always available if necessary. Very friendly and fast communication.

Giglio was accessible and helpful at all times. Communication in English smoothly..The apartment is very cozy and corresponds to the photos. Giglio is a very friendly and empathetic person with whom we laughed a lot and welcomed us extremely lovingly and also said goodbye at the end.

We are a group of 10 friends and had an amazing time at Chateau la Siroque. Francesco was a very nice host, when we arrived we were welcomed with home baked pie and a bottle of wine from the vineyard around the Castle. The view is breathtaking and the whole setting of the villa in the Tuscan hills is just beautiful. The pool is also very nice, and the house very well-equipped. I fully recommend a stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

It was completely successful! Very nice advance communication with Michele, then very nice handover by Friedhelm. We loved the house spontaneously and it stopped all the time. Great is the panoramic view from the huge terrace. Depending on the request for sun or shade through the large pine trees, there is always the right place all day. And if it rains, you also have a great view from the dining table or from the sofa through the windows reaching to the floor. Kitchen is modern and very fully equipped. Overall, you can tell from the quality of the furnishings that the owners themselves are always living here for longer periods of time. Thanks to good heating, it's also a good tip for winter months. The location to Capoliveri is also excellent. On the one hand, the very varied place can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes on foot, on the other hand, the house itself is very quiet. We felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in Frederico’s place. It is perfectly located to explore the nicest parts of Elba. Very convenient to be so close to Capoliveri and Porto Azurro (both a 5 min drive). Also very nice beaches close by. The place is spacious and the garden is beautiful. It is very well taken care of. The swimming pool is also very nice (albeit too cold for us in September). Still nice for our baby and toddler to play around. Excellent WiFi connection and well equipped kitchen. Also convenient to have a washing machine. The swimming pool/garden is shared with the owner (Frederico’s mother Sabrina) and two other apartments on that are located on the property. This apartment has a privat terrace, Sabrina’s place is attached to the apartment so it is possible that you hear voices, but it did not bother us. All in all, we had a comfortabel stay and would stay here again!

The place was amazing! Beautiful gardens and interior. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive whenever we wrote to him. The house looks great, there’s one bedroom with a private bathroom on the first level with the livingroom both having access to the gardens. A floor down there’s the kitchen that has all the needed amenities. Up a floor from the living room there are 3 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms accesibile from the hallway. All of them were clean and accommodating. There’s a restaurant close by with great food (walkable distance) and a supermarket in the next town over (reachable by car in just a few minutes). All in all, Andrea’s accommodation was everything we needed and more to experience Tuscany.

Our experience with Beatrice has been great from start to finish. She is always focused on finding solutions. Both Beatrice and her colleague Graziella were very responsive. Villa Aldo is a fantastic place to stay - we loved everything about it. The tasteful design, the well-equipped and brand-new amenities, and every room having its own bathroom and toilet made our stay comfortable. There is also regular maintenance of the Pool and Jacuzzi to ensure the water is always safe. We highly recommend this place if you're planning a trip to Tuscany. A special thanks to Beatrice!

Emanuela and Peppe are really great hosts and kind people, they gave us a lot of useful recommendations and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment was clean and good equipped. It was also ideal for our dog, who had access to the garden and was allowed to run there freely. The location has awesome view and is very central of the island.

Simone was very previous and was always reachable. The house is very large and a big turnaround.
