Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Livorno

The listing is as described. We were very satisfied and spent a relaxing night there. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Location was good. A few minutes away there are shops, restaurants/bars Getting there was easy.

We spent a quiet week in an area suitable for children, a 10-minute walk away there was a beach suitable for children even for a 1-year-old baby we had a very good time. Mrs. Franca was very helpful and kind. Thank you for everything.

We had a lovely week and enjoyed the pool. Be sure to bring your bathing cups, which are required to take advantage of the pool 😉 Francesca is very nice and very responsive and the language barrier was never a problem 👍🏾

Great location, so much so that we never used the car in a week. House without air conditioning but not too hot. Small apartment but very suitable for a couple even with 1/2 children thanks above all to the large outdoor area very useful especially for meals.

This was an great stay ! Maria was very supportive. The house is very nice and has a lot of space. The location is by car 5 minutes from the next beach and 15 minutes away the an very nice Terme.

Apartment away from the road, very quiet, well equipped. The cooking gas had run out and they intervened in 15 minutes from the call. Fair price, lots of availability from the owner, person we found exquisite. Such a central location that we did not use the car from arrival to departure! 200 meters from the apartment begins a pine forest that accompanies you throughout the village of Marina di Cecina and up to 10 km of free beaches with paths totally in the shade of the pine forest, you are never in the sun as you walk… Unique, never seen before, highly recommended for families with children! The perfect vacation!

We stayed 2 weeks at this property with the whole family (2 adults and 3 children). We had a great time: the 2 hosts Stefano and Christian are always kind, present and available; top pool; well-maintained and functional accommodation; not far from the sea (10/20 min by car depending on the beach chosen); villages of Campiglia maritime very characteristic and with good culinary offer; close to very nice areas like Bolgheri; never suffered from the heat because in a well ventilated area and surrounded by greenery! Recommended!

The accommodation is well equipped as well as the summer kitchen, which makes it possible to meet all needs. the pool is very good and clean. The environment and activities available mean that everyone can find their interest in it. A shopping area 3 kms away, Pisa airport is 22 kms away, the cities of Tuscany are easily accessible within an hour and thirty by car. Our host regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. In this season, mosquitoes were invited to provide mosquito systems. In short, a rental to remember!

Lidia’s home was a great stay and we wish we had stayed longer! Beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning which you don’t always find in Europe, and it was very clean. We had our 12-month-old baby with us and she was able to have a crib set up waiting for him along with a high chair which was very much appreciated. The garden is beautiful but the hot tub was closed which we didn’t know until after we booked (we stayed in October). Lidia also gave us some recommendations for nearby restaurants that ended up being great! The only con (no fault of the owners) is that this area has a huge amount of mosquitos. If you opened the door just for a moment several would fly in. We all ended up getting bitten just from walking from the front door to our car parked in the driveway / with a few that got into the house. If traveling with a baby I would recommend bringing baby safe spray and net for crib. Still a fantastic stay despite this! Thank you Lidia!

We had a very nice vacation with our kids and the dogs. The house has everything you need and is very quiet about 10 minutes from the beach (by foot). Dogs are allowed on a leash on the beach. The house has everything needed and even more. We spent the hot days on the shaded terrace overlooking the sea. Thanks u so much!

We stayed for a couple of nights in this apartment centrally located in Piombino, taking advantage of its convenience for an excursion to the nearby island of Montecristo. The size of the accommodation is real and fully reflects the description. The apartment is cozy and well-stocked, with everything you need: oil, salt, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Parking was easy and the hostess, Daisy, was kind and helpful. An excellent solution for those looking for practicality and comfort in the area.

The Villa was perfect. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We loved listening to the ocean every night. If we ever go back to San Vincenzo we will definitely stay there again.
