apartment as described, everything is clean, nothing is missing in terms of bathroom and kitchen, everything is perfect !!! The beach of the Treasure is a 10-minute drive away. Accommodation matching the description, new furniture is very clean... the large terrace and the private garden are very useful if,like us, you are traveling with a dog. I would add a few cooking knives and cleaning staples such as sponges and dish soap.

We felt very comfortable with Eleonora and Fabio. We and our children enjoyed the house, the garden and the pool very much and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. We hope to have another vacation in this great house, in this pretty, quiet place (car required) at some point. A thousand thanks for everything and all the love for you!!

What a wonderful location with great sunsets! We also particularly liked the fact that the house is quite to itself and you have complete peace and quiet, and that the house has a large property on which our dog could play great. You can take great hikes right outside of the house or drive only briefly to great hiking trails. As seen in the photos and in the description, the house is only very spartan, which was perfectly fine for us, just as we expected it and we didn't need more either. Communication with Constantin was great and also check-in and check-out completely hassle-free. We would always come back and can only recommend the house.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and to enjoy nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the host brought us a few toys for our friends' child – this made the stay even more pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

Alfredo is an excellent host, responsive, helpful and informative. The accommodation was as expected and the location is idyllic.

The place was very well looked after. All rooms were clean amd tidy, and we even got some essentials and ameneties such as coffee, biscuits and towels. The pictures matched exactly the apartment, and Vanda was very atentive and kind. Would recomend 100%.

Our stay at Nina’s apartment has been great. The apartment itself is very beautiful and we particularly liked the idea of it being on different floors. We could therefore enjoy some time apart when one of us needed to relax after a day out. The apartment was very clean and our host was very approachable. It was also very central so we were able to walk to the old town during the street festival and take a short bus ride to the local lidos. We would definitely recommend it.

We spent 3 nights in Marina's apartment and had a very good time. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, well cared for, clean and equipped with every accessory (dishes, products x cleaning, hairdryer...) x a relaxing break immersed in the green of really evocative vineyards. There is also an outdoor space with a table and chairs for outdoor living. We had a chance to have a few conversations with Marina and her daughter Giulia, they are very welcoming and available people for great tourist tips about the area, which made our stay even more special!

Jaco was an incredible host! We booked very last minute and he made sure everything was perfect! His mother welcomed us into the charming Air bnb and was very friendly. He gave us recommendations for restaurants, the place was so cute and especially very clean. We really enjoyed our stay ! :)

It's a magical place, super clean and tidy There is a silence and peace that give a truly unique rest, I personally needed to rest and eat It is very central as a location, you can reach everything on foot, Casciana is not very big, but this b&b is really comfortable Paolo is a very kind and polite person, he sent me all the relevant directions and was kind enough to leave the keys in a bar a few steps away, so I could check myself in on my own I look forward to coming back

We had a lovely time in Lorenzo's apartment. It is in a fantastic location just off the square and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. It is a spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but parking is convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it doesn't get people's noise. In fact. The house is nice and functional. Not too appreciable things: having stayed at the beginning of September the rail traffic increases and you can hear enough in the master bedroom. Until 1/9, the steps were definitely reduced. The shower drains poorly, too bad. But it's an easy problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is blind. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if the guests are numerous. But nothing is really missing in the apartment and Massimo is super available in everything.

Super great apartment. We were there in November and December – at the time it was very quiet and pleasant. We liked the sea view the best and that you are often completely empty beach in a minute. :) The apartment is equipped with everything you need and within walking distance there are restaurants, supermarkets etc. At least in winter Follonica is also very relaxed – not crowded, but there is plenty to do. I'm sure we'll be back!

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

great location, cove under Piazza Bovio splendid and Sandra was very kind and always available, as soon as she arrived in addition to the welcome wine as a gift, she bought two gifts x our cats and gave us great directions on places to see nearby. It was a lovely vacation. Thank you so much Sandra! 😘

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic:the beach(even the free one)is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the long sea(Via Italia). Excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion found (but I would like to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Fridays/Saturdays, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for noisy guys and sparkling mopeds, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that buzzes voices and noises, but fortunately Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a little old, certainly not at the height of the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

I can totally recommend. Beautiful and clean flat with a good kitchen to cook. Beach is very near and besutiful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Andrea's apartment. It was very clean, well equipped and the location is great. This apartment is next to the beach and just a few metres from a grocery store, the main shopping street and good restaurants. We arrived by train and it only took us few minutes to reach the apartment. We highly recommend
