Kathy was very on point with the responses. Jorge was on site for anything you needed. Really nice guy he took us back and forth for Baja beach fest. Would really go back again and stay here for another occasion. There was some ants in the restroom but other than everything else was clean

We had a great time at Joseph's place, it had everything we needed, it's safe, quiet and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. To be honest I was hesitant to book after seeing some of the reviews, about construction next door, security guards and that the beds are hard, but from our experience guards were friendly and yes, the beds are hard and the pillows might need to be replaced, but it was nothing we couldn’t get used to. Our only recommendation would be to remove some of the clothing items on the main closet, for guests to use the space.

A very lovely little studio apt. There are sooo many plants, and hummingbirds too. The directions on Google take you to the road but not necessarily the unit. Just remember that the studio is about 2 blocks up from the beach and you'll be fine. Entrance is through the Kura coffee shop (you won't find that on Google either). Loved this spot though and i would stay again.

This was my third stay and it was great! I enjoy walking to the beach and how quiet the neighborhood is. It is a rustic neighborhood, perfect for decompressing!

My family and I really like this home. It is super spacious and it fits all of us. The home is super clean and has all the household items needed to cook a big meal. We have rented it twice and will probably continue to do so since it is really a good size home if you have a big family.

Everything was great, Alejandro was very good host and I made it easy for us to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely go back to that place.

My husband loved the privacy of the place and beach. It's in a beautiful and safe gated community. The beach is private, accessible and super clean. We love home cooked meals, so we stayed mainly in the house to enjoy. Loved the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked. Bottled water was available, clean towels and bedding. Harry was a super host, he replied to my messages within minutes. Thank you Harry! We will definitely recommend and visit your place again.

Excellent location right on the water. You can hear the waves 24/7. Nice and private unit with it's own access and garage.

Araceli was amazing, she always responded to all my questions at a timely manner. Getting in the property was super easy. The security was super helpful. The place was clean and it looked just like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! We were greeted with a thoughtful gift basket, which was a lovely touch for the holidays. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to downtown yet surprisingly quiet at night. The AC units in the bedrooms and the heater kept us comfortable, though the floors were a bit cold, so we recommend bringing slippers. The host responded promptly to all our messages, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were double size, but we found them a bit stiff and would have preferred a bit more comfort. On the plus side, my husband really enjoyed the shower—hot water and decent water pressure made it a pleasant experience. Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay here again!

A small but cozy space, located in an excellent area and you can walk to many places. Rachel was always attentive to what she needed and, although we didn't meet in person, she is very friendly and good. 🙌🏼

By far the best place in TJ! Would highly recommend. The place felt right at home and opens up to a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely clean and easy to access. Will be staying here every time!

This place was fantastic! There is so much living space for a 1 bedroom. The location is next to many restaurants and bars. Also close to the Embarcadero with just a short 5 minute drive. Ryan was fabulous with helping us to check-in and was so communicative. I would 100% stay there again on my next trip to San Diego.

Great place and great host! Maricarmen has been very diligent with keeping the house organized, as well as decorating with the wonderful giraffe theme. She is very responsive and addresses any issues immediately. All in all, it is a nice, well-maintained and well-organized house. Maricarmen is a great host who goes the extra mile to make sure her guests feel welcomed and at-home. I would highly recommend her!
