Kathy was very on point with the responses. Jorge was on site for anything you needed. Really nice guy he took us back and forth for Baja beach fest. Would really go back again and stay here for another occasion. There was some ants in the restroom but other than everything else was clean

We had a spectacular time at Joseph's place for a birthday weekend. Joseph was very responsive to questions, his place was easy to get to, easy check-in and the place was better than advertised. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Well this is a jewel of a place. Beautiful colors and decor. Exquisite taste to my mind both in the studio and the cafe. The patio is much larger than expected and absolutely filled with green life along with some in bloom. In a more Hawaiian style I thought as there are lots of parrot paintings and some colorful pots along with the terra cotta. The patio gets all the sun as it is East, South and apparently West facing in the lighter evenings. One thing I would have appreciated is some heating for the evening time and warmer (hot?) shower water though I might have requested them whilst there but was too focussed on other things only staying three nights. Well worth a visit.

We had a family emergency so our original plan to stay with friends resulted in a stay with family who had to come in from out of town. Janeth was quick to respond and her assistance provided peace in the midst of pain.

Big house with room for us 8 at the property. Sits high over looking the K38 surf spot in rosarito. Responded to our messages right away.

The property was exactly like the photos. It was comfortable and felt like a family beach cottage--exactly what I was looking for. It is a beach front property in an area that doesn't get a ton of beachgoers so the beach never crowded. There were days when I only saw one or two people on the beach. The deck is well-equipped with seating. I spent hours on the deck watching the ocean and relaxing. Jeanne is a great host. She quickly responded to my texts and phone calls. She met me at the property and showed me how everything worked. She made me feel so welcome.

Great place as on the pictures, plus the house was fully decorated for Christmas the full house had a little Christmas details everywhere also on the balcony and roof. Definitely if looking for a place to expend Christmas this the place

Victor was super helpful and attentive, we even got to meet the owners who were so kind. A fun place if want some peace and quiet.

Everything was great, Alejandro was very good host and I made it easy for us to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely go back to that place.

beautiful home location was great, if you know mexico u know that alot of areas are dirt road and hills, prepare accordingly, also if you pay attention to the area you will see that there are easy paths to enter and exit the location. the home was exactly as described and the hosts were great, we got in pretty late and they were still so helpful, when preparing to leave we were so comfortable we ended up sleeping in and they were very kind to allow late check out. as far as cleaning- whywouldnt u clean ur own mess? leave the home the way you found it, they still have to come through change sheets and sanitize. all in all a great experience!

Christian’s home was very spacious. We loved the open concept and the amenities. The beds were comfortable and the pool was a lot of fun. We felt very safe in the community since it’s gated and there’s security every day but Sunday. There’s an OXXO nearby which was very convenient.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We traveled down for a bachelor party, planning to surf, golf, and hang out, and Fernando's place was ideal for our group of 11 (certainly room for more, we didn't even use all of the beds). Fernando was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and even coordinating a private chef for dinner. The house met all our needs with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of outdoor space, and ample indoor seating. I've stayed in many Airbnb and VRBO rentals, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. The area was fantastic, with easy beach access, proximity to Primo Tapia, and excellent local food options nearby. There were a few other groups in the neighborhood, including other bachelor parties and families, and everyone seemed to enjoy their stay. Highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Andrea was very sweet and friendly and was quick to respond. The views are beautiful and it is located in a great location near everything.

Amazing place to stay, only steps from the beach. Really nice area with lots of places that is walking distance.

We could not have asked for a better place to visit during BBF. We were steps away from the venues as well as lots of local vendors and restaurants. Security was on top of it and we felt safe. The Airbnb was equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. Samuel was very responsive and proactive. We hope to return in the future!

Mona was an amazing amazing host! She is incredibly nice and responds almost immediately! She is VERY clear with instructions and even then, is extremely helpful in guiding you to the right person or navigating your questions/concerns. Her condo is insanely beautiful, and even though it’s in a secluded area, the guards make you feel very protected. I would recommend her airbnb over and over again and would love to stay here again! Will definitely be back if I have the opportunity to! Thank you once again! ❤️
