Vacation rentals with a patio in Primo Tapia

This is now one of my fav spots in northern Baja. The house is amazing, Moises was a great host. I will be back!

Mario’s place was a real gem! It was spotless, comfortable, and had plenty of space. It’s in a private gated community, so the neighbors are super quiet and peaceful. The views of the mountains and the ocean are breathtaking. It’s also super close to a few great restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. Host was always communicative and sent clear instructions. Place was tidy and we'll organized. Will definitely be coming back with family.

Crystal was a great host. She was very responsive and provided great recommendations to local restaurants. Her condo was just as described and the ocean view was amazing. Hearing the waves crashing was a great way to go to sleep. I brought my family so we could relax and enjoy each others company and Crystal's condo was the perfect setting for us. If you enjoy walks on the beach you wont be disappointed, as you are literally steps away from the beach. We are looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Overall really great experience renting from Luis angel. Was very helpful on process of arriving and leaving. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to rent and a astonishing views of the sunset view. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning again. Great place to stay in a safe and secure private community. Nice big house and close to the strip. Would definitely recommend if you want privacy, peace, and quiet while still being close to the strip.

Everything was excellent, Letuanny was always attentive to our needs. The house is super comfortable, spacious, very nice backyard and terrace. We were delighted. In short, we felt at home.

Ricardo's place was beautiful. The location was prime with a 2-3 minute walk to the private beach. Our group had a great time playing soccer and volleyball. The house itself had great spaces for our party to come together. The house amenities such as the grills and fire place were also perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Getting to the place was very simple. It was very accesible and there was enough parking for our 4 vehicles. Communication with Ricardo ans his crew was swift and productive. They were attentive to our needs and we always felt welcome and safe. 5 stars for sure.

Arturo was a wonderful host and responsive. He was flexible with our checkout time, and allowed me and my large family to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home to friends.

Stayed at Raul’s for Baja Beach Fest 2024 with my friends and he was a great host. He sent me restaurant recommendations, connected my large group with a taxi van for all three days (ask for Ramon taxi van, he kindly picked us up at 3:00-4:00am and accommodated my large group) who was also great and responsive. Location was close to the festival, convenient, secure, and easy to get in and out without having to rely on a key or one person as our group would get home at various times. Would highly recommend staying with him for Baja Beach Fest 2025 if you have a large party!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront condo! The views are stunning — you can see the ocean right from the huge balcony, which also has a private hot tub (perfect for sunsets). The space was clean, modern, and super relaxing. Only 30 minutes from Tijuana, so it’s super convenient while still feeling like a peaceful escape. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway or a chill weekend with friends!

We just returned from the most amazing stay in Rosarito, and I honestly don’t even want to share this spot—it’s that good! My family and I stayed in a stunning condo that exceeded all expectations. The view alone was worth the trip—absolutely breathtaking. The condo was spotless and felt like a brand-new home. Everything was modern, yet still had that warm, charming vibe. The bathrooms were beautiful, and every detail had clearly been thought through. We didn’t need to bring anything extra—everything we needed was already there, which made packing and relaxing so much easier. The gated community added a huge sense of peace and security, knowing only guests could enter. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tubs daily—and the highlight for them was making a little friend…a sea lion! Yes, really. This place really felt like a dream getaway. We’ll definitely be returning (and secretly hoping no one else finds out about it!).
