Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Premantura

Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

We were received so kindly and personally. She's so helpful. If we had questions, answers came quickly. Everything was so clean. The fresh of the apartment immediately met us, which felt like home. Everything clean and pool wonderful. We got treats from her. What I thought was so sweet. I would say all in one that won't be our last vacation there Book the apartment, you make no mistake.

Fantastic villa, great for both relaxing and using it as a base to explore the area! We walked into village everyday that had cafes, bakeries, corner shops and restaurants! The jacuzzi was 100% the highlight for our little boy! Anna was a great host, she was very responsive on messages and very helpful!

We stayed for 2 weeks at Vera’s house. The house is exactly like described in the pictures and it was an amazing adventure for 2 young kids to have such a big garden. I am an active runner and right in front of the house there is a beach waterfront path that goes all the way to Pula (10k one way). The house was is perfect condition and the hot tub was amazing. We will be back :)

We were here with the whole family and everyone was happy and satisfied. It is a very nice house where the children are offered a lot of activities. It wasn't boring for a second. The chickens did not disturb but were welcome guests. Sandra was always available for questions and gave us great tips. The location is more than optimal. No matter which direction, everything is quickly accessible and there is a lot to do everywhere. All in all: a clear recommendation.

The place is really very quiet and private, perfect for a complete break and rest. The property is fully equipped in terms of kitchen, games and rooms. There is also a German TV program. Everything is very clean and thoughtful. Unfortunately, there is hardly any reception (Wi-Fi and telephone), but sometimes that can be very nice for a while. I can recommend it. :)

Nice welcome, all amenities in place. Very quiet location and undisturbed stay. The house is huge, functional and was very clean upon arrival. Sauna and hot tub were often used by us, as well as the large pool and the huge terrace in the large garden. We will be happy and safe to come back. Thank you for the great holiday

Our two families had a wonderful time at the property. The layout is superb and the house is modern and clean. We would highly recommend.

The villa, area and host were outstanding! We have a newborn baby and Robert went out of his way to help us with all request, even purchasing a baby bath for us! The villa is spotless and very relaxing. The jacuzzi on the roof is unbelievable on a clear day with 360 views of the sea! The area has so much to explore and with great restaurants near by and very family friendly. Robert really made our stay special, with his flexibility with check-ins and help when my family came to join, highly recommended!!

This villa was the perfect stay for our group of eleven. The property is beautifully modern, equipped with every amenity imaginable, and features a stunning pool and outdoor area. Our host was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and welcomed us warmly with local appetizers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough.

The place is in immaculate condition, very well equipped and Martina & Petar are very friendly and uncomplicated. The surroundings don't have much to offer, but you can quickly reach the beach or Pula city by car, as well as the airport. Definitely recommended!
