Vacation rentals with beach access in Premantura

We had a great time. The place is close to beautiful beaches. By bus you are quickly in the city center of Pula. On foot it takes about 40 minutes. The place is lovingly decorated and very clean. There is a well-equipped kitchen. The property has a terrace with sea views. Benarda is a very warm host. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We are completely satisfied! With the navigation system, we found the address without any problems... Even the check-in worked out great. We arrived early and were still able to check in early and were personally greeted by Dominick! Recommendations for the area were also given to us directly. For two people, the place is perfect and nothing was missing. Besides, it was really super clean, we had nothing to complain about. It is an absolutely quiet area which was great for us. The apartment is so centrally located that you can reach many great places and beaches within a few km. Thank you!

Igor was a great host! He was so friendly and super flexible. We had a splendid time in the apartment and wonderful garden!

We will definitely stay at Patricia's place - everything was well furnished, clean, filled with useful household supplies. There was nothing superfluous in the apartment - a comfortable double bed, a sofa, even a sea view from the balcony. It was convenient to live, cook. Patricia recommended great places to visit, was always available and answered any questions, although there were almost none. The sea was very close, with a great pine park, cafes, tennis courts and large shopping centers where you can find everything in 7 minutes. Someone may be confused by the nearby ancient cemetery, but it is not at all visible from the windows and if I had not looked at the map, I would not have known about it:)) We had a great time! We recommend Patricia and her wonderful apartment to everyone🤍

Vanja’s place is such a gem! Situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Rovinj by the shimmering sea. Yet walkable which we enjoyed. The apartment is modern inside with all the comforts we need. The free parking really allowed us to enjoy. Vanja’s always responsive and easy to communicate whenever we need help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rovinj gem!

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

this was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. so comfortable and clean. Very friendly welcome and could not ask for a better host. it was a bit too cool to use the pool, but we had fantastic days out very short drives away. we all fell in love with Croatia and the lovely people. I would highly recommend this, it is on the edge of town, so close to a beach and felt like being in the country.

The house was super clean, we had plenty of space . The view from the terrace was very nice. The location is perfect Beaches are close to, as are a restaurant and shopping. Ivana was very nice and helpful. She reserved us a table in the restaurant We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house and would book it again at any time. Thank you!

Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Great apartment, 10/10! Quiet and safe neighborhood, beach is in walkable distance, bakery is in 5 min walk. The apartment is very clean, spacious, has all the amenities (AC was a life saver in this August heat). The host is very attentive, immediately reacted to our requests. Real gem for this price!

Great location, good size rooms, big balcony, super helpful host

We stayed for a week for beach holidays in Pula and were super satisfied. Above all, the location is unbeatable, directly a 5-minute walk is a beach and about a 15-minute walk away are very very beautiful beaches. Communication was friendly and always very fast. Everything corresponded to the description. For nice restaurants, you have to take the bus to Pula in about 10 minutes, but there are also a few to be found at the front door. Only the wifi and also mobile network is not really good there. Otherwise everything is great :)

We stayed in Andrew’s place for 10 days and it was great. The location is good for navigating Rovinj. Close to everything. The apartment is cozy and quiet which made the stay very enjoyable. The secure parking that was offered was a plus and made it easy to do all the day trips from Rovinj. We had a pick up from the car lot with our luggage to rovinj which was so helpful. Loved the outside bar at the top by the church for beautiful sunsets. We had a beautiful stay here and enjoyed Rovinj and all of istria.!!
