Beautiful setting for apartment. Breakfast was delightful! Definite a secure and safe place to stay. Getting laundry done in middle of our trip was a bonus.

This is the best Airbnb that we have stayed in and we can highly recommend staying here. The house and the outside area were very clean, modern and well equipped with a lot of attention to detail with many thoughtful touches. Patricija and Elvis were great hosts and always responded quickly if we contacted them. Luna was a delight too! Altogether a wonderful stay.

Katarina and Armin was very kind and helpful. They had help us really quick when we lost the apartment key and also helped us to order cats food. Communication and responsiveness was also their strong side. The apartment is very comfy and perfectly equipped (especially kitchen). We loved the blender to do our morning shakes. We were able to stay there for almost two months and live/work normally. Definitely a place to recommend!

The apartment truly had all the comforts of home, but with the added magic of being on vacation. Everything was perfectly set up for a relaxing and carefree stay. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony. It was a perfect spot to watch the lively surroundings unfold right in front of the apartment. It was such a joy to sit there, sip my coffee, and take in all the sights and sounds—just the right amount of activity to make you feel part of the local scene without ever feeling overwhelmed. The apartment was clean, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into maintaining it. What really made the stay special, though, was Natalija. She was incredibly kind and helpful, always available with a warm smile and offering great tips on local spots. Her thoughtful recommendations really made a difference in how we experienced the area. All in all, it was a perfect stay, and hope to come back.

We had a great stay with Ivo and Sonja. The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. For questions, etc., Ivo was always available immediately. We particularly liked the fact that there is a lot of attention to waste separation, which we think is great especially with regard to environmental protection and otherwise we have not experienced any accommodation in Croatia. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend ivo's place.

What an incredibly beautiful villa! By far the best Airbnb stay ever. It's just like being at home, a lovely house indeed! Spectacular and functional kitchen, glass everywhere for a magnificent view of the pool and over the nearby hills, four super comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms, all extremely clean, all just perfect. The heated pool in late October is a gem. Most importantly, Emma and Felix are extremely friendly, nice, flexible and responsive to all communication in time. That's all you can ask for.

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking to saying goodbye. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and things to do. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. To say goodbye, they arrive and gift their guests. We were very happy to be in the house and felt very comfortable .

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

We stayed at Samo's place as a group of 8 people. This was as in the pictures and equipped with everything you could wish for. The house was very secluded, so we didn't have to worry about confronting residents. The size of the pool is perfect for swimming in it as well. Samo was a great host and always easily accessible. We recommend a car for the stay to get to the beach and as the supermarket in the village only had a very small selection and was a little more expensive. We will be happy to come back! _________________ We were a group of 8 at Samo's apartment. The House was as expected and described. Everything works. The Location is in a small village near Pula without any neighbours. We were on our own and we enjoyed this freedom. Pool Size was very good not only for chilling. It was possible to swim aswell. Samo is very kind and want to help every time. A car is recommended because the store in the village is very small.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely vacation home with a pool. The house was clean and peaceful, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Although we encountered a minor hiccup with the gas running out on the first evening, the host quickly came to our rescue, demonstrating their excellent responsiveness and hospitality. We also enjoyed the delightful presence of the host's two friendly cats and both of her dogs, who would occasionally visit and roam around the house. It added an extra touch of charm to our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this vacation home for a tranquil and enjoyable holiday.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

The apartment fits very well for a family. It is close to the beautiful town of Labin, about 3.2 km from Rabac and the sea.

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.
