Monthly Rentals in Prato

The apartment is perfectly located in Prato to catch the train to Florence or other towns in the region. The closest large super market is about 15 minutes by foot. The main square is a few steps away. The apartment is welcoming and comfortable to stay in for a few days.

We loved our stay at Tatiana's Wall House! It's so charming. The kitchen is fabulous & had everything we needed to practice our Italian cooking. Wall House is perfect for long stays in Prato. While Florence is the big tourist draw, we found Prato to be a wonderful town to serve as our "home base" for many day trips by train. The train station is close by & easy to manage. There's a lovely river walk. The town is simply wonderful. Tatiana is an incredible host & we were blessed to meet her & spends time with her. overall, perfection!

We stayed at Sandra’s apartment in Prato with my mother and my husband during our trip to Florence. The apartment was spotless, and Sandra had kindly stocked the fridge for us, which was a lovely touch. One big plus was that she also provided a secure parking spot for our car. We took the train to Florence using the Prato Central Station, which is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment — very convenient. Thanks to Sandra’s local tips, we also got to enjoy some traditional Tuscan flavors right in Prato. Thank you for everything!

The space is wonderful, exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is very new, with absolutely all the necessary items for a great stay. Quite comfortable, spacious, with closets and drawers to store clothes and objects. Spotless bed linens with a soft and pleasant smell. In addition to the proximity of the Prato Prato al Serraglio train station, the apartment is close to pizzerias, restaurants and the great CONAD City supermarket. Hosts are very helpful, attentive and quick to respond to messages. It's 5 stars too! Anyway, it is a highly recommended space to stay in a quiet and pleasant city (Prato), with a fair price and close to beautiful Firenze (which is extremely crowded with people/tourists, with very high prices)
