The place was as it appeared on the listing , the host was super helpful considering my late check-in time. If I come back nearby, I'll definitely dissolve this place .

Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

This place was the perfect location to get to and from all the sites we planned to see and walk to. Her cozy apartment had everything that was needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood was friendly and it was quiet at night. As our second stop on our vacation, this set the standards high for our other stops and stays. We would recommend this Airbnb to other future travellers.

What a wonderful location! Central to so many sites, delicious restaurants and shopping. The apartment was surprisingly quiet in a busy part of the city. Beds were comfortable and amenities were everything we had hoped for. I would definitely recommend this listing.

I can’t say enough about our stay. Cora and Carlotta were fabulous to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful! The apartment is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! The location is the cherry on the top!!! Right in the middle of the main square with a fantastic balcony to enjoy the busy square. Loads of shops and restaurants literally at your door step! we only stayed for one night for a concert at Nelson Mandela forum. Great location you can walk there in a few minutes and there is everything nearby..pizzerias, restaurants, super markets, bars, etc. the apartment is very clean and well maintained, nothing is missing. Vanna was very nice in letting us find it already heated, which is not obvious with other hosts. i also recommend it for longer stays as the apartment is equipped with every comfort. plus the center of Florence is not far, by car or by means of transport. if that happens, we'll definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Stunning apartment, in a great location, close to the light rail, restaurants, bars, supermarket. 20 minutes walking distance from the bustling city center. Spacious, clean and welcoming apartment. Super-friendly hosts. Fully equipped kitchen, excellent heating, hot water all the time, washing machine. There is a cozy balcony, on the back side of the building so it's very quiet. Perfect apartment for a long stay with all the necessities, I felt at home. I will definitely be back to the apartment.

Loved this location! The elevator up was very helpful but just remember there is a flight of stairs you have to walk up to get to the room. The views were incredible and it was right in the middle of everything. Will definitely stay here again. We were a group of 3 and had plenty of room!

This was outside of Florence proper but a beautiful country location. The bus stop is basically right across the street, though, so that was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and quaint. We enjoyed making dinner one night and felt right at home. We would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful location. Beautiful, fun, and functional place with lots of extra stuff if you need it. Loved having drinks in fridge for purchase. Very convenient.

A very clean accommodation is well located, less than 30min walk to the historic center. A very helpful and welcoming host. IF I have to find a downside to sound insulation in the morning. But for the rest a hot apartment

Such a beautiful place! One of the best airbnbs we've stayed at. The pool, garden and view was stunning and the apartment was beautifully decorated. Chiara was always helpful and nice! Only 15 minutes drive to Florence.

The apartment chosen exceeded our expectations, it is ideal for those who travel in a group and want to know the area of Tuscany! Check in was very accessible, the flight was delayed and we easily communicated with Francesco, an excellent host. We found the space extremely clean and had a number of extra amenities, such as a breakfast kit. The accommodation is about 30 min from Pisa and up to 2 hours from the main regions of Tuscany! Finally, there are several supermarkets nearby (up to 10 min by car).

Our stay at Villa Le Pergole was amazing. The Villa was the true essence of Tuscany. Though the beauty and history was amazing, the best part was Anna. She is such a kind host going above and beyond to make our experience magical. She helped us navigate the city, provided a cosy, relaxing space, and made us feel completely at home. It is possible to get to Florence by walking to the bus and/or tram. We highly recommend Anna's home!

We had the most amazing stay in the most beautiful location. The location is so beautiful it’s hard to believe it’s even real. Marcello was so kind, gave us recommendations on all the best places to go, how to get around, and always quickly answered all of our questions. He even went above and beyond to help us out when we found ourselves in a bind and needed some support. Best host ever! Kitchen is very well stocked with all might you need. I highly recommend Marcello’s place if you want a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Thank you Marcello, we can’t wait to come back!

It was my second time at Il Tramonto (because you will love to come again). It has been a great stay, the perfect spot to visit the Chianti region, as well as rest (garden behind is a bliss) and discover tiny villages around. Laura and Sandra are very welcoming, communication is very easy. I recommend !

A comfortable air conditioned flat with well equipped kitchen, little balconies. It is better than the pictures! We were 4 adults and there were 3 different areas to sleep which worked perfectly for us. Just 1 bathroom is a bit tight. The swimming pool is great! Sightseeing in Tuscany worked very well. Having a car is a must for this property if you want to explore. If I can suggest summer blankets would be a very useful addition. Rest was great. Giorgio was super helpful with suggestions on restaurants and beaches.

Thank you Chiara for a fantastic stay at your beautiful house. From the moment we were greeted we felt right at home! It was perfectly nested just outside of Florence centre but easily accessible via bus into town. Great kitchen utensils provided and great amenities included with the use of the private pool. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!
