The flat was exactly like in the listing and photos. It has a beautiful view of the mountains in the background, we feel comfortable and safe. We went in 7 people and we felt it was quiet. The condominium is cool, very good pools area. Communication with Aline has always been fast. Our stay had the impact of the lack of water for 2 days, but to be fair, it was not the fault of the host, the lack was in several neighborhoods of Ubatuba due to lack of supply from Sabesp due to the occurrence of heavy rains.

Great apartment, wonderful condo. Exactly as in the pictures, we went in 8 adults and we were all delighted with the caprice of the apartment, with the location and especially with everything the condominium offers. We will definitely stay hosted more often.

The apartment has everything as advertised, and is very well located, in a comfortable condominium with a swimming pool, not far from the beach. Unfortunately our trip had to be closed early because of serious water supply problems in Ubatuba in the new year. The hosts, however, were very attentive and cooperative.

The greatest difficulty was to leave (laughs). The apartment is very nice and with a great infrastructure both internally and in the condominium itself. It was super quiet to check in and use the condominium space. The air-conditioning was paramount and everything was very clean and organized. My family loved staying in the House, everything perfect. We like the house so much that it has now become a must-see in Caraguatatuba! It has a lot of utensils and everything is renovated beautiful in the apartment! I hope we can get back to you soon!

The accommodation was very good and quiet! The apartment was clean and organized. Only a few questions to be scored as it was passed on to the hostess: one of the showers did not warm up so well, I believe that it needs to change the resistance; and also a sanitization on the sofas would be a good one because it had a slightly strong smell (I believe it is actually used). Outside this was all very quiet from the check in to the check out, the neighborhood is easy access, condominium too, and the beach of perequê açú has a very good structure!!

My family and I felt at home in Cleuber's home! He from the beginning was helpful and attentive and helped me with a lot of information about the beaches, restaurants, etc. The apartment is a grace, super functional and well clean! You need to bring linen and towels! In the rooms are fans and the air-conditioning is in the living room. Todo telado. Close to the Martim de Sá beach! We love it!
