great place, we went in 8 people, all were comfortable with the location, easy location, close to several beaches, only and a little far from the center, but it has close conveniences in case of an emergency.

We stayed for a week in the apartment me, my wife and my daughter it is super organized well clean the good quality furniture had everything we need for our stay very well located close to everything bakery and supermarket all on the same block, the street and very quiet. Besides that Cátia is an excellent host responds super fast and polite and cordial and Jane is then super attentive and very polite show always willing to help give good tips for beaches, walks, cafeteria, restaurants and bars. We will definitely come back!!! A girls' hug was an immense pleasure to meet you!!!

The apartment is extremely clean, safe, very close to the big beach, comfortable and good quality mattresses, kitchen utensils more than enough for the stay, ceiling fan in the bedrooms and in the living room. The only difference from the announcement is that it appears to be bigger than it is, but it wasn't a problem because we were in four and it was super quiet. I took my kitty and everything went perfectly well. Great choice.

The apartment is exactly as described on the website. Spacious, airy, excellent cleaning. The location is very good too. The condo's leisure area is excellent and we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool and game room. The price is another differential, since the apartment exceeded expectations.

My family loved staying in the House, everything perfect. We like the house so much that it has now become a must-see in Caraguatatuba! It has a lot of utensils and everything is renovated beautiful in the apartment! I hope we can get back to you soon!

The accommodation was very good and quiet! The apartment was clean and organized. Only a few questions to be scored as it was passed on to the hostess: one of the showers did not warm up so well, I believe that it needs to change the resistance; and also a sanitization on the sofas would be a good one because it had a slightly strong smell (I believe it is actually used). Outside this was all very quiet from the check in to the check out, the neighborhood is easy access, condominium too, and the beach of perequê açú has a very good structure!!

Second time staying at Mário's apartment. Very well taken care of the condominium, with great pools and game room. The staff are very attentive. It's very close to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and has markets, pharmacy, pizzeria, gas station, all very close. Mário is a great host, very helpful, passing all the necessary information, and quickly responding to messages. We are grateful first to God, and then to Mario and staff for the wonderful days we spend in this location. Thank you so so much!

My family and I love the apt, full kitchen, clean and adorable bedrooms and bathrooms, no more bedding didn't stop us taking ours and everything right, wonderful pool the kids loved it, super attentive concierge, and the apt is close to the beach and businesses in general. I recommend it and would definitely come back.

Chance sometimes falls like a glove! We found it on Airbnb and came from the countryside of S.P., looking for what exactly we found here. Comfort, coziness and peace. The apartment is great, clean, airy, very pleasant, but what really made the difference was the attention given to us by Nati and Bruna. They really made a difference, they were exceptional.
