Dona Georgina was extremely kind and requests, from our first contact she answered all my doubts. I booked the house to spend the weekend with the family and also to make my wedding, as we fell in love with the place. So much nature around and everything super well taken care of to see Dona Georgina and her husband have a lot of zeal for everything. We were greeted with a delicious cake and coffee, the house was impeccable, freshly painted, chopped grass, pruned trees, zero dust, really clean and organized. Compleissima Kitchen, large bathrooms, comfortable rooms, I only have compliments. About my wedding, the green around gave all the charm I needed, we used some tables from the place for the decoration and it was very beautiful. The place is large and spacious, it accommodated all the guests in a comfortable way and we only received praise. We will definitely be back, my family is already making plans for our next stay. Thank you Dona Georgina and her husband for everything!!

We spent the turn of the year in the house, a very good place to enjoy with the family, our children loved it. All the utensils in the kitchen were in good condition, and nothing missed us. Communication with the host was quick, great service. The distance from the beach is ok, quiet to walk even with children. The only caveat is that there is no market or bakery nearby, and with the transit of major holidays, the distance of 7km to the nearest place is tiring and time consuming, so on days of great movement, it is important to be prepared not to have to go to the market/bakery.

The name ‘Villa de Capri’ and the address‘ Rua Machado de Assis, 795 ’were instrumental in locating the site, as we had some initial difficulties. Overall, the stay was perfect! We were from the 16th to the 20th in the apartment of Renata and simply the children loved it. the location is otima, the building has things for the children, including a heated pool that was not described and the children loved too much. The apartment is large and very airy, has protective screens for children and also mosquitoes. The employees are very helpful. The apartment was the same as the listing. Well located. As it is ground floor, the private space is very pleasant. In the condominium there is supermarket, ice cream, bakery. The leisure structure of the condominium is very good. The terrace of the condominium is a spectacle. In the apartment you are well served with kitchen items and appliances.

Hosts Gisele and André are very caring and kind. From the first contact we answered our questions and were helpful to our needs. The house was properly organized and clean, everything we needed for a stay of 8 adults and 1 child for 4 days was available and the improvement points informed by us were promptly heard and made available to improve for the next stays. The location of the property is easy to walk to Pereque Acu beach (15 minutes walk) and by car easy access to the beachfront (route used to access the other beaches).
