Erivelton,was a very attentive host,the house was like the description,the house was clean and smelling,very close to the beach and great for those who like to walk, because very close, I will soon be back there .

It did not make you want to return the key. The house is great, well-ventilated, clean, has a tasty vibe, has all the equipment for meal, snack, breakfast, barbecue and various refrigerators and freezer. What you see in the photo is what you will find. Pool is nice. The outdoor environment is, in addition to spacious, very pleasant. It is close to the sea, some bars and restaurants and also the supermarket. Paulo is very friendly and helpful. I just want to go back.

We hosted 7 adults and 4 children at Christmas 2024 and it was super peaceful and tasty. The backyard is great for kids. Shuveiros run well, fans and air-conditioning as well. the mattresses are comfortable. The small pool but we found it a great size for kids to play. The house is close to the lagoon beach which is the one that we like the most about ubatuba. In the photos the house looks bigger than it really is, but that wasn't a problem ..the house is comfortable, the rooms are good size. We don't miss anything. There are grocery, bakery and even nearby restaurant. We would definitely go back, Zenaide has always been very solicitous and polite.

Great accommodation! Well equipped, clean and well looked after. Good location for those who are driving. There is no beach nearby to walk but there is a bus stop nearby. Super comfortable house, had everything we needed and was very clean. Room air conditioning is very good In the living room there is (as shown in the photo, but it does not work), but in the description it does not say that there is air-conditioning in the room, so ok. It has really good fans. Beautiful and spacious outside space! We stayed 6 days and didn't miss anything. The house next door is also a vacation rental, so you have to be lucky not to catch some noisy people. We loved our stay! Host responds quickly and is very helpful. I went with my husband and our 4-legged daughter. Would recommend!

Great environment, host served me quickly and was very flexible at check-in and checkout. Overall it was all very quiet, the dishwasher also helped a lot. Voltaria for sure.

Vanessa was extremely attentive, she was requesting what we need! simple but the necessary environment for the stay and very clean. The town is a block from the massaguaçu beach which makes the location great, market, ice cream, wine cellar, kiosks less than 5 minutes' walk. I recommend your stay!

Guaranteed Limpeza, organized space, physical and intact structure. Located near the Soares market with the feasibility of walking, around 02 minutes. About the entrance to the beach, about 05 minutes walking and 03 minutes drive away. Andre gave us an excellent attention with customer focus and positive experience. Always responding fast! The great apartment,very close to the Mariana beach super attentive,besides the beds it had 4 extra mattress, everything was clean and very organized well equipped kitchen I will come back more often for sure.

The AP is super nice and well decorated with brand new furniture and utensils. Great mattresses and pillows! Air conditioning, showers, fridge, stove, tv, washer and water filter running perfectly. Sofa of the comfortable room tbm. Practically in front of the beach and the crossing of the lane is quiet. Access to the building via concierge/smart lock is very practical because you don't have to worry about keys. The surrounding area has not many trades and nocturnal agitation. We spent wonderful days with a lot of sun and warmth and we will definitely return again!!

It was a quiet stay and a great spot for those who like to stay between the beach and the tourist center of the city. We used the swimming pool little, but it was mt good tbm and well clean, as well as the apartment.

It is very close to the beach, about 3 minutes walking, and arriving on the beach already has a bar to settle that serves portions and etc. The amenities of the house were impeccable, swimming pool, barbecue, refrigerator, freezer, minibar, tv, air conditioning, ALL working perfectly and in excellent condition. Comfortable, smelling bedding, like new ones. I was really surprised, experience unparalleled. The host Fernando is very kind and responsive I just have to thank you!

The house is well located, close to the beach, and offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The cleanliness and organization were good, and the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor area, with barbecue, hammock and pool, was ideal for relaxing. Communication with the host was efficient. I recommend it and will definitely go more often.

I stayed in the Cristiano space with my wife my little daughter and my dogs and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were all neat and clean and were very comfortable. The house is wide open and receives a lot of light. The house is equipped with soap, jampum and conditioner in all the bathrooms, which makes it much easier, as we don't have to take anything. Likewise bedding, blankets are also available. We don't even have to use the air conditioning, as the house is very cool. The house is a short walk from the beach that even my one-and-a-half-year-old daughter could do. The site is great for cycling as well and all beach amenities such as chairs, strollers, children's toys are available. Cristiano was always very helpful, very polite and very attentive to our demands, which we appreciate.

I spent a pleasant weekend in the loft. Well located ( a few minutes walking to Praia da Enseada ) , quiet neighborhood, extremely clean and airy environment, private parking. Close to 2 markets , restaurant and cafeteria. I was very well received by Guilherme. It was worth it and I recommend it!

Casa Boa, with lawn in the back yard with a very tasty hammock on the balcony, well-equipped kitchen. Outdo da Lagoinha can do amazing walks. The must-see trail to the Bonete, the architects' red beach, Domingas Dias beach...

The weekend was perfect, flawless house, instructions and support whenever I needed it, when entering the house we all had the senses of a clean and tidy house. Security is highlighted, and the hostess was excellent, very polite and caring, I felt a lot of empathy in all contacts. Simply thankful, I want to come back more often.
