The reservation went to my daughter and family , they liked it very much. Everything as in the photos, easy communication with Cris. Clean and organized environment, everything you need for your stay. The washer was a differential and helped a lot and especially for those who have children. The view is beautiful and to be missed. Excellent accommodation and location in Jatiúca. We visited the week before the carnival and appreciated the fact of being away from the center of the festivities, which facilitated our mobility, since the nearby streets remained unobstructed. For those looking for alternatives beyond Ponta Verde, Jatiúca is really a fantastic option. The accommodation is steps away from a beach suitable for bathing and is surrounded by several conveniences: bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants and supermarkets. Some dining options require a short walk, but the area is very well policed, providing security for the tours. It is well worth exploring the Orla on foot, especially after the recent renovations, making it perfect for family outings. Walking a little more, you get to Ponta Verde, full of photogenic sights.

Anderson's place is simply charming . It doesn't make you want to leave ! A wonderful view. He was very responsive and attentive to my need to rent the space at the last minute! Very good the place, we like it very much, everything clean and organized. I just found it a little hard to get in but no big deal. Great location close to the beach.
