Vacation rentals in Praia de Maracaípe

The space was in line with the listing. Only the caveat that the house does not go straight to the beach, need to take a street and then go down to the sea. But that's not a problem, as it's only about 50m. The bad that, on the beach near the house, it is only possible to bathe with the low sea. However, the beach is sensational, natural pools style, even has coral reefs, the water is beautiful. The atmosphere and region of the house is very quiet and pleasant. With the high tide there are other nearby beaches with swimming possibilities. With regards to the space only a few points that can be improved, which we have reported to the hosts and said that they are already planning for these improvements (e.g. new air conditioning). The rest of the listing is accurate. A special compliment to Hosts' service and proactivity in establishing and maintaining contact and availability. The most important feedback: I would definitely be staying in the house again. (Detail: We were a group of 16 people).

The place was in very good condition, the two rooms upstairs each had a bathroom, in addition there was a guest toilet on the lower floor. The kitchen was well equipped and adequate. The complex was very nice, we had several pools right in front of the balcony and the clean beach just a few minutes away, as well as a gym, a playroom for children, a restaurant and a small supermarket. The only criticism would be that there is no AC on the lower floor and an iron would have been convenient. Communication with Beltrão was quick and helpful... All in all, we were very please. We will definitely be back. Thank you

SUPER RECOMMEND ! WERE 7 WONDERFUL DAYS IN THE FLAT ! SUPER COMFORTABLE , WITH ALL the BASIC UTENSILS TO PREPARE FOOD and SAVE AVOIDING TO eat ALL MEALS ON the STREET , EXCELLENT STRUCTURE OF the CONDOMINIUM , WE WERE GOING TO KNOW the BEACHES DURING the DAY and WE WERE IN the POOL UNTIL 9 PM , IS GREAT FOR ADULTS and ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO GO WITH CHILDREN AS WELL AS I !!!! THE CONDOMINIUM IS SUPER ORGANIZED WITH EMPLOYEES MANY SOLICITOS AND THE ANFITRIAO ERNANDES IS VERY ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL !!!! INSIDE THE CONDOMINIUM HAS A RESTAURANT ( FOR THOSE WHO PREFER) AND A MINI MARKET , AND WELL IN FRONT OF THE CONDOMINIUM THERE IS A CONVENIENCE AT THE GAS STATION WHERE WE TOOK WARM BREAD IN THE MORNING!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT ARE ALREADY ORGANIZING TO RENT !!!!! YOU CAN RENT IT WITHOUT FEAR , YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT !

Felipe's place is excellent. Very nice place, immovable as described, all very organized and clean. The infrastructure of the Malawy Beach House is spectacular. In the surroundings there is emporium, restaurant, pizzeria, in addition to the restaurant and convenience store in the lobby. It's been a spectacular week

Amaro is a great very polite and request host. The flat was great and located in an excellent condominium. I intend to book other times!

The Manihi condominium is small and very nice, being by the sea in a privileged position. No muvuca, no big noises, it offers a great opportunity for quiet leisure. The serviced apartments are small, which limits the number of guests, but are usually very nice and equipped. Parking is partially covered but limited in size and number of spaces. The condominium staff are very helpful and friendly. We'll be back again!
