Monthly Rentals in Prahran

Our stay was wonderful, perfect location and a tram stop almost right out the front allowed us easy access to city centre. As we were visiting a friend in the area we hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

We had a comfortable stay at Susan’s apartment in a lovely area of Prahran. It was very clean and tidy. Liked the quiet location and being able to open windows for fresh air. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store and the tram line. About the only thing we would have changed was the bedding, as we prefer cotton or linen bedding.

Gorgeous, light, airy house - great location, close to public transport & shops. Well appointed kitchen & bathroom. All very tasteful! Pip was very accommodating & quick to respond. A home away from home. Highly recommended L!

Annas apartment was a real pleasure to stay in. The location couldn’t be better, near trams, trains, cafes, bars and restaurants. Anna was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. Her apartment was very clean. It had all the things you need when you arrive such as condiments, milk and tea and coffee. This was my second stay in her apartment and it the first place I try to book when I come to Melbourne.
