Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

This home exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for my family of five — beautifully furnished, updated with modern appliances, and in an ideal location. Just a short, easy walk to the beach in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The hot tub and thoughtful amenities were the cherry on top. We loved everything about our stay! Thank you for being such a wonderful, responsive host. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Waterfront Retreat in Point Harbor, Outer Banks

The location was perfect for our trip. We travel with our dog. We needed a pet friendly place and this was perfect. Everything we needed was there to be able to cook and rest from being out shopping and fishing. The property appears to be 30 to 40 years old and a good bit of repairs and or updates are underway. Typical for a costal property. Appliances in kitchen are updated. View of water is un obstructed. The dock/pier is solid and comfortable to walk on and fish from. We enjoyed having the grassy yard for our dog to enjoy. Very quiet places during our Thanksgiving stay. We would book again if it is available and look forward to it.

We stayed here with two young kids on thanksgiving week and it was blissful - the house was perfectly set up for (young) kids (think games, a high chair,,..). We could see the sea from the terrace and there was everything needed to cook ourselves a nice meal. Would love to go back.

I came in blind to the OBX area. I ended up choosing solely on pool, laundry, 2 bed/batb…turns out I couldn’t have picked better. Quiet area, nice place, easy to access everything in the KDH/KH/NH area. Samantha answered any messages quickly. Highly recommend. (And can I say I slept better this week than I even do at home????!!!!! 😴)
