Incredible location with a very comfortable set up. I really appreciate the hospitality and the attention Pam has for her guests. Everything about this place is awesome. I love quiet afternoon and spacious environment, this place is perfect for nature lovers and peace seekers. Night sky will have you gazing at the stars for hours. Home away from home, Thank You Pam for hosting us at this very beautiful property!

It was exactly as Steve described. Every bit of info Steve shared with us was accurate. My son (9) and I took a 2 day trip to catch as many fish as possible. This private deep pond provided fun fishing for my son and I. We caught sun fish, blue gill, large mouth bass, small mouth bass, and a big catfish…that we learned is about 12 years old. Within about 40 minutes there are multiple locations that offer stocked and native trout. We hiked along the stream and enjoyed the panoramic scenic views. It had everything we needed. In all honesty, my wife usually does the prep so when I arrived and realized I had not brought coffee or a pot to cook in, I was pleased to find those items and more. Clean and comfy. It was a nice getaway. Not to promote my social media, but if you want to see videos of the pond and fishing, feel free to check it out on my page. We were pleasantly surprised with the proximity of the Airbnb to our destinations. It was warm, inviting, and cutely decorated with an authentic cabin-feel right outside of DC. I wish we could have stayed longer. We would love to come back.

Rebecca and Tyler were super responsive, even when I had a lot of questions. The place was clean and private. The decor is adorable and the place was very quiet. It was exactly what I was looking for.

My husband and I take a yearly trip to Lancaster for our anniversary. We were looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing where we could unplug from everyday life. This was the perfect spot. The house was adorable, very clean and comfortable. I’m nearly 5 months pregnant and had the best night of sleep I’ve gotten since getting pregnant. Juana was extremely responsive and very helpful. I needed milk and it was too late to go anywhere so she brought some right over. She left some fresh sourdough cookies and various local goodies that I absolutely inhaled. We will be making this our regular spot when we are in the area. BONUS-the sweet orange barn cat who loved scratches and attention distracted me from missing my fur babies at home.

This place was our best choice even before we realized there would be a freshly-prepared, multi-course gourmet breakfast. House is as advertised, clean, and well-located. Scott and Lisa are friendly, responsive, and fantastic cooks. Enjoy!

My man and I had a wonderful time having a quiet and private weekend getaway. The place is so cozy and the hosts are so welcoming. It’s a beautiful view off the back porch. One of the highlights of my weekend was getting to spend time with Bilbo the cat. He was so snuggly and gave us a warm welcome as soon as we arrived! Would love to come back here again!

Scott’s place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Having a place to stay outside of the busy city was perfect. My partner and I loved having an Airbnb versus a hotel room. We had a hotel room for our last trip to Charlottesville and it felt so cramped and stuffy. Scott’s home was very well set up and laid out. The beautiful farm animals and cute fluffy dogs were a HUGE plus!

The loft is warm and inviting and the decor is adorable. The property is also beautiful, just right out of town and so peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a beautiful weekend getaway with our two dogs. Kathryns cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Her and her husband went above and beyond for us while we were there. It was unseasonably warm the one day while there and the next morning they were installing the air conditioner in the living room window to ensure we were comfortable the remainder of our trip. The property was extremely peaceful despite being right next to an extremely busy road. The only issue i would say we had was getting in and out of the driveway due to the traffic but that's at no fault of theirs. Our pups enjoyed the backyard and deck. Next time we visit we will be bringing a lead though as there is no fencing and there are other dogs around at the nearby properties. There is a path over the bridge that takes you to a scenic trail/park called Flory Park that's perfect to walk your dogs but be advised there is a house on the way that has a unleashed dog that roams the property. Loved it here!

This was a great place and location for our trip to Shenandoah. Brent was a great host and made us feel right at home. We had our 1 year old daughter with us and Brent was very kind to let her pet their horses. The cottage was a perfect size for our small family and there was nearby access to the Shenandoah river where you could go float, fish, or whatever water activities you like. We would definitely come back to stay at this awesome place. Thanks again to the hosts.

We had an extraordinary and very peaceful weekend at this beautiful property. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the house itself is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. Cheri and Tim are wonderful hosts—attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

It was perfect and so magical!! loved every bit of it, the perfect weekend getaway and the hosts were very responsive! my only con is that the hot tub didn't seem to be the cleanest. Once we turned on the jets, we kept coughing. I googled it and it basically could've been chemical irritants, bacteria, etc. Mainly just because of not being maintained and cleaned properly. Luckily you're not supposed to stay longer than 15-30min, and that's the longest we went in it but coughing the whole time isn't the best time haha. We've gone to other airbnbs with hot tubs before too and never had a coughing fit so this one was odd. Other than that, we loved the sauna way more. So unique and neat! The deck is super cool, the pond is beautiful! Made it all so exciting and magical. There's no reception either, but the wifi worked perfectly. The kitchen had way more than needed, there was even an ice machine that we used to add to our mimosas. The TV also had Netflix added if you wanna watch anything!

Beautiful place, wish I could have stayed under better personal circumstances as it is a truely wonderful little guest house.

We truly enjoyed Mona’s place. Came here to see Washington DC for the first time. Her place was an easy drive and a welcome respite from the city. We entered to find a well decorated space (just as pictured), aromatic soaps, and a little basket of snacks and information. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We recently booked Namastays’ place when a family member became very ill and was in the hospital. The hosts were super accommodating of our needs around seeing to the care of our hospitalized family member and their place offered a comfortable and relaxing retreat after long days spent at the hospital. It was such a blessing to have someplace like Namastays’ for us to work from. It allowed us the space to focus on what we needed to do for our family without having to worry. Super grateful the experience we had here, highly recommend these hosts and their place.

Brits place was perfect for the weekend. She was so nice and the room had everything I needed. :)

No words! We absolutely loved this place! Totally private. It is above their detached two car garage and so perfect. Absolutely immaculate. I appreciated that she was fine with us checking in at 10:30pm and we left each morning at 7am. Perfect location to hit Richmond, Yorktown, Jamestown and Williamsburg in the one day/two nights that we had. The steep stairs to climb up above the garage were well worth the privacy. I am very hopeful that we can come back and stay again someday for 4-5 nights to do this area with more time. She was so friendly to message with. We loved watching them waking up their farm while we sipped our provided keurig cups.

Our stay was truly home away from home - we felt safe and comfortable. We spent most of our trip in DC -an easy 15 min walk to the Metro. We would gladly stay here again.

John and Fionna were wonderful hosts! Very friendly, communicative, and when there was a small issue they took care of it right away; They are really great people. The property is stunning, especially this time of year when the trees start to flower. It is far off the main road and super private and quiet/peaceful yet close enough to everything you want. As a traveler who was moving from the other side of the country and needed a temporary landing spot to start a new job, it was the perfect place. My favorite part was listening to the chickens do chicken things in the morning. Given an opportunity, I'd stay here again.

This was such a comfortable home away from home. Very quiet and peaceful. We hope to come back soon!
