Great little place. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed overnight while traveling through the area with our dog. It was a nice cozy overnight stop and had everything we needed.

Caught huge reddrums and had great time with my family. Place was really really clean. Had beautiful view of sunset and sunrise. Very very nice people owning the place and quick response to what you need.

We had the most amazing time! It was so relaxing and a beautiful cabin at a great location. We love how secluded and private it was. Even better that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog! He got to swim while we kayaked. Felt right at home, thank you again Brandi for opening your home up to us!

We had a great stay in this home for a long weekend. It was clean, set up well to host multiple guests and in a beautiful country location. The host was extremely responsive and friendly, and their guidebook was helpful to know what is around the area. We would recommend this to other people staying in the Waterford/Leesburg area.

Happy Bottom was an ideal location for us. It was conveniently located to our plans for hiking Bear Rocks, Seneca Rocks, and Spruce Knob, as well as explore the surrounding area. The weather was fantastic. We had bluebird skies every day, and the fall colors of the trees were in full force. While Happy Bottom sleeps six, the space was more than adequate for just two of us. The amenities were boundless and left us wanting for nothing more. October, 2024

Wow… what an amazing location and packed with so many details and so much character! We caught white perch off the private dock, rented a skiff down in Solomons to cruise the Patuxent, found a nice sized shark tooth fossil on the bay cliffs side, and caught some more perch using the cabin’s kayaks… all in all an amazing time even deep into cold November, I can’t wait to go back ASAP this is my new favorite place to escape!

It was a beautiful, private escape to nature. The view from any part of the house was calming. The house atmosphere was refreshing and the hot tub on the patio was perfect at the end of the day. Comfy bed and I love the no shoes rule, made you feel at home and not a hotel. Thank you for the stay!

Brandon’s cabin was very cosy. It had all the essential amenities and was very accurately described in the listing. Brandon was a responsive host and we had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend!

The place was wonderful, private and as described. It had everything we needed, it was easy to relax with the hot tub, large deck and fire pit area. Its not too far from Cacapon state park and other local hiking trails. Would gladly come back for another stay, the host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay so much the place is even better in person super cozy great for a weekend getaway best part is the hot tub ! But overall the place is great has everything you need so peaceful Oscar was a great host !very responsive.

My family and I stayed at Mark’s from 11/23-11/27/2024 and had a wonderful time. The cabin is very well appointed and comfortable. It was a good home-base for exploring Shenandoah Natl Park and all points between Front Royal and Luray. The kids had a blast playing real pool on the pool table (as opposed to the Apple version of pool) and we loved using the fire pit. Everything was very cozy and comfortable!

Loved the peace and quiet. Great location that was near Luray Caverns. Also close by was a Walmart and other stores for unexpected expenses. Will definitely book again!

Great place to visit. Very private. You can hear the waterfall from an open window in the home and can make a little trip down to see it easily. The hot tub was well maintained. The fire place was great for keeping the house warm although the A/C is more than capable. The property is nice and quiet and you can spend time exploring. Beautiful scenery and home. My only gripe is that the driveway to the house from the road is VERY technical and rigid for about 700 meters. I have an Outback so it wasn’t super taxing for us, but I’d be really cautious in any vehicle smaller than a truck/midsize. The driveway is the only area that could/should be improved on. Everything else is fantastic. The Shenandoah area is really beautiful any time of the year and there were areas where snow has started to fall. Worth the trip. For a good burger check out Spelunkers in Front Royal.

Our family enjoyed a cozy cabin feel and got to spend some quality time together away from it all. The fenced in yard brought us comfort and peace of mind while our dogs played in the snow. There’s nothing like a warm meal, good music, and board games by the fire with a glass of local wine at the end of the day.

I rented Connors cabin for 7 friends and we had a relaxing fun weekend. We watched the birds and chipmunks from the living room. We got in the hot tub and went to the indoor community pool which was a nice bonus. Downtown Berkley springs is a hop, skip, and jump away. Bring water jugs to get water from the natural spring.

We had a lovely time at Suvdie’s house! The house was cozy and inviting and the perfect space for our multi-generational holiday gathering! The game room, the cozy fire, and the beautiful surroundings made it trip to remember!

Second time staying at Heidi's cabin in Berkeley Springs. The cabin kitchen is well equipped and everyone enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. We also enjoyed our daily deer and wild turkey visits. Remote enough location but close enough to town for all of the amenities. Will stay again!

It's a cozy little cabin, intimate, well-furnished and stocked with appliances, pots, pans and cutlery, cleaning supplies condiments and a few snack bars and popcorn. Nice fire pit area (couldn't use because a burn ban was in effect) and a wood stove with a bundle of fire wood in the holder next to the stove for our use. WiFi is easy to connect to and we were able to connect our services to the TV.

It goes beyond words how quaint and cozy their renovations/effort is in The Cabin. Between the modern feel of the amenities and technology, with the decor and color pallet of a woodsman camp… it broke every expectation we possibly set just from the pictures and description. This is a do again stay and we are going to try to get our friends and family to come with us to the other listings on the property/owned by Jeffrey.

The cabin was cozy and well kept. There were pet dishes laid out with treats and a blanket for our dog. We stayed at the cabin most of the time and loved sitting on the porch listening to the fountain and looking out at the pond. We spent evenings inside in front of the fire in the living room. The King size bed was very comfortable. We will return as we truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a natural surrounding to relax in. The hosts were very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed.

What a great stay we had! Home was just as pictured, spotless, comfortable, tastefully appointed, and Robert was a great host! While in Luray we really enjoyed exploring the caverns and the car museum! We also had a fantastic dinner at Chop House Bistro. We highly recommend booking this cabin and exploring Luray!
