Fantastic location!! Every day we walked to have breakfast in an amazing nearby restaurant and from there walked some more to get to Capitol Hill, Desiree was a great host very responsive, the place was very clean, exactly what we were looking for

Mark’s apartment was the perfect place for the two of us. Though small in size, it had absolutely everything we needed: well-supplied kitchen, comfy bedroom, cozy table for two and spotless bathroom. It was in a sweet neighborhood within a 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants of Bethesda. Not far from the Metro, too. I know I already said it was clean, but I really need to say it again. It was a lovely place to stay!

Love the historic Airbnb close to the rail trail for walking and some great restaurants and some cool older environments around us to visit Hope we get an opportunity to stay there on future visits to family in Parkton area!!! Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! Maricel was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making our stay seamless from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything we wanted to explore in the city. The highlight for us was the parking space and the cozy fireplace, which made for the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, and the location couldn’t be any better! It’s close to restaurants, bars, and markets. The kitchen and bathroom had all the necessary amenities. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. Mark was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property for your stay in DC.

A wonderful, spacious and private apartment with your own off street parking. Very quiet and peaceful. Lisa was very gracious and accommodating. The apartment was well stocked and provides everything you would need for your stay. Easy access to the bypass that will get you on your way to any Charlottesville destination. We would definitely look for this location first for a future stay in Charlottesville.

I enjoyed my stay at Elizabeth's place. The apartment was cozy and the perfect size for me as a solo traveller on this trip, but would work for a couple as well. The large walk-in shower was great, and Elizabeth made sure to have coffee and cream there for me to enjoy. I did want to note that there is a staircase in the living area that leads down into the host's home, but there is a door at the bottom that I'd assume is kept locked. Lastly, the location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was nice and I had no safety concerns. Would recommend!

This was absolutely wonderful!!! We loved our stay so much, we booked our next stay before leaving!! It was very clean, looked just like the photos and very quiet!!

We loved our stay! The host gave clear detailed driving directions on how to find it. She was easily to communicate with and answered our questions. The apartment (including bathroom) was very clean and nicely decorated. The thermostat was easy to control & responsive. The bed & mattress were comfy! The hot tub was clean & well maintained. Separate towels were provided for bath & hot tub. Shower had hot water and good water pressure. Overall lovely place and highly recommend!

Morning Light is a cozy, tastefully decorated studio. I have fairly high standards for clean and Mary's place felt comfortably clean. The refrigerator and microwave were spotless! It is convenient to both a local and a state park that provide great walking and beautiful views. It is an ideal personal retreat destination.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Francois place. Place was super clean. Great location plenty of restaurants, shopping, wineries a d breweries close by. Ate at this place called beer run which had great sandwiches. Francois was very responsive and always easy to reach. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area !

We have stayed at Mary’s place a few times and always enjoyed our stay. Close to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room and spacious! We always enjoyed our stays there!

We love to stay at Christine/ Brad house. Everything completed especially kitchen utensils. Every part of house is clean and neat like new one. Recommend to those who pay visit at New Castle, Delaware.

Kelly’s listing lives up to the great reviews. Didn’t get to meet her due to the holiday but the house manual was very clear and comprehensive. Check -in and check-out was a breeze. Terrific location, very clean, quiet historic neighborhood, comfortable beds, and everything you need for a pleasant stay close in to the District. Parking on the street was a bit tight at times though, but we usually found a space and used the permit she gave us. Will be our go-to when we visit the District again. Thanks, Kelly!

I enjoyed the location. It is very walkable in a historic neighborhood. It was quieter than some other areas of DC, which I appreciated. There are numerous transportation options with easy access to downtown and the National Mall.

Great spot, the place was Perfect, clean and Ideal for our visit. Ed the host was very attentive and helpful with the check process and anything else we needed. Comfy beds, plenty of towels with the perfect little kitchen and sitting room.

Bill and Sandi are SUPERHOSTS!!! I was alone on Xmas Eve, and Bill invited me downstairs to play a game of pool. I really enjoyed the hot tub, the cat, and the view of the horses across the way. This is a beautiful space filled with the spirit of love and hospitality.

Chanel was excellent at communicating and was so helpful in accommodating us for two extended stays.

We had an amazing stay at Arsham’s place! My family and I stayed over Christmas and loved the apartment. We had plenty of space to hang out together, have Christmas dinner, and eventually retreat to our own rooms when we wanted. We would absolutely stay here again! One tip for future guests: you receive one building fob upon check-in, but you can speak with the concierge desk about an additional fob if needed based on your party size / plans / etc.

This is a great location and place to stay. As my family and I have been here plenty of times and will be back again. Brooke was an excellent host!!!!

wow! we stayed in the beautiful, 2 bedroom section of this huge, waterfront property. There was no other renters staying nextdoor at the larger section of the house when we were there, so we were able to take a peak outback and let me tell you, it was impressive! our fenced off area for the 2 bedroom rental was cute as well with a fire pit, lounge chairs and a private hot tub. but after seeing the rest of the backyard, it definitely sparked an interest to rent the entire house out in the future with family or friends. this smaller 2 bedroom apartment was truly perfect for a couple, with lots of thoughtful touches and everything we needed for a short stay. we had a great meal locally and explored the amazing antique shops in town as well. I've visited many Airbnbs to be able to compare and this was a great stay!

Absolutely amazing! The place had so much to do whether it was outside or in! Swimming in the pool, hot tub, kayaking and/or paddle boarding on the lake, giant yard games. Inside had a pool table, wide variety of board games, and many streaming services. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful in many way. She had a binder full of local places for food and things to do! She truly showed us the best of Maryland.

Fantastic location we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The place was perfect with all the amenities you need. Great host that was proactive to give us ideas and tell us of local things we wouldn’t have thought of.
