Very nice modern apartment, with a lot of technology. We particularly liked the view roof chair. Great location, as you are right at the train station and thus have a direct connection to Nuremberg.

Pleasant stay for two nights. Quite area quiet accommodation. Flexible provider who responds to what guests want. Everything is great. We will be happy to come back

We chose Tania's place as our base to explore Nuremberg and its renowned Christmas markets, visiting with our 5-year-old son. The property layout was thoughtfully designed, featuring separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a dedicated laundry room, and even a walk-in closet—ideal for stowing away luggage and clothes. The standout feature was the cozy yet contemporary ambiance, especially in the living room, which seamlessly connected aesthetically and functionally to the winter garden. The quality of furnishings and attention to detail throughout the home was truly impressive. From the dimmable hidden lighting to the high-end, fully equipped kitchen and the stylish bathroom fixtures. We were particularly delighted by the thoughtful bathroom amenities, including bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Having stayed in numerous five-star hotels, Tania could undoubtedly offer consultation to some vacation resorts—they could learn a thing or two from her!
