Vacation rentals with a patio in Port Stephens Council

Very nice and clean apartment. The location is great, it is a walking distance to the beach and there is a lot of shops and restaurant nearby. The host was very responsive, helpful and professional. He accepted to shorten our stay after we checked in because my child got stick and we had to leave earlier.

So close to the beach and very easy - Carol was so helpful and quick to respond. We will be back! Loved the views also of the ocean

Emily was a wonderful host, the house was very easy to find and get into, and the house was spotless and looked even better than the photos! The view was stunning and it was in a lovely area, close to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything you needed; a great shower, a washing machine, a nice kitchen and a comfy bed. We had a great stay over Easter weekend. The place was tidy, well styled and had everything we needed. The location was great , close to the shops and restaurants!

My husband and I stayed for two nights over Easter and we would loved to have stayed longer. It’s a lovely space with everything you need. Spotlessly clean. It also has a little garden and bbq. The chocolates and treats were a lovely touch. Linda is a very warm person and a perfect host. Short stroll to the beach and dunes. Nice cafe at the beach as well. Only 10 mins drive to Nelson’s Bay. Perfect spot for exploring the area and coming back to a nice cosy and comfortable base in the afternoon. We would defo stay again if in the area.

Narelle’s place is situated perfectly 2 mins walk from beautiful Little Beach and other attractions/activities in this area of Port Stephens. The apartment was beautiful and spotless with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you may possibly need as well as games and rackets for the tennis court. Parking was available on site. Additionally Narelle was quick to respond to any queries I had. I would definitely recommend Narelle’s place. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

I had a fabulous mini getaway with my family at Laura’s place and couldn't have been more impressed. The place is beautifully decorated with a modern beach vibe, it’s very clean and tidy. One of the best parts was the location. Just a short walk to the beach, and it’s also close to restaurants and cafes which made everything super convenient. This place is a fantastic, Laura and Insa were very responsive and friendly.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-organised, and had a peaceful, relaxing farm feel that was just what I needed. The property actually looks even better than the photos, which was a lovely surprise. Definitely worth the price – I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil escape.

Five star property, would highly recommend. Best air b & b we have stayed in. Even better than the photos as everything is top quality. Lots of extra touches were greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay! Very spacious place, and very comfortable, felt like home especially upstairs was very cosy and welcoming. Big backyard and beach was like a 2 min drive. Thank you again Paul :)

The place is clean and tidy, you can walk to the beach and close to a lot of activities even kids activities we hat a lot of fun I recommend going to this place

We were looking for a pet friendly abode for a family catch up. For the catch up the house was great despite it not having an indoor dining table - however - there was no direct access from the house to the fenced rear garden so we had to walk out of the front door & walk around the gravel to the rear garden which was quite disruptive.

It’s a comfortable and spacious place in a good location. There are shops in walking distance and so many beaches around. Kitchen is very big and well equipped. Massive TV with Netflix and Disney plus. Trampoline and cubby house in the garden which were great for kids. The fairy lights in the garden were lovely! One bedroom is located outside through the balcony without aircon so it may get hot in hot days but it was ok to sleep with the ceiling fan.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Rebecca’s place! It was absolutely perfect for our large family—plenty of space and all the amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was especially well-stocked, which made cooking for 13 people a breeze. We also loved that it was pet-friendly, so our dogs could join in on the fun! Rebecca was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The early check-in and late check-out were a huge bonus and made our trip so much more relaxing. Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a big group. We’d definitely stay again!
