Perfect! So close to the beach but private. Great hosts as well.

This place was great and Jessica did a great job communicating and making things easy and convenient. The house was beautiful and clean and practically a walk away from some of the cutest little stores and restaurants. We have no complaints and definitely recommend and we will be back.

I loved this place. Stayed here at Javerick place several times over the years. Very close to Tyndall Air Force Base where I work. House layout is nice. Very quiet dead end street, no thru traffic. Nice and roomy home. Kitchen well equipped. The master bed is more comfortable than my mattress at my house. Love the fancy shower. My home away from home for sure. If this place is available, take it.

We stayed 4 weeks and the house was wonderful. Everything we needed for cooking the few times we cooked. Well stocked kitchen, updated appliances, plenty of dishes and cookware. The home was very clean. We loved being able to have a large backyard to enjoy with our dog. The heated pool was sparkling clean and warm in February! Just a short walk to the beach that was dog friendly as well. Highly recommend.

The host was so quick to answer all my questions. She was very responsive. Great house with something to do for all the kiddos too. Loved having the golf cart for the beach and the park!

Ida's home was a wonderful spot to stay! Close to the beach and close to the heart of the town. Will use this spot again for next time!

Perfectly perfect! The house layout, the condition, the beds, the showers, the stocked kitchen, the view, the location, the garage of options you don’t have to pack yourself - cannot say enough about how much two adults, two teens and two toddlers enjoyed our stay! Walks, beach, pool, boardwalk, golf cart, bikes, pizza, ice cream, cocktails, games, movies, great sleep and hot showers! Perfect!!

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

Beautiful house away from the hustle and bustle but has lots of drivable restaurants. The top floor balcony and wall of windowed doors that can all be opened and pushed aside was a wonderful way to bring the outdoors in. The views are fantastic, and Jason is a wonderful host.

Beach Daisy was nice, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Also, only a short walk to the beach. The host, Genna, was responsive and had local recommendations of places to eat and activities to do.

The house is super clean and cute. It was the perfect house for a couples getaway but would have been big enough for us to bring our kids. Walking distance to beautiful beach. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Would definitely book here again.

This really was the perfect place to say for our spring break. I brought a group of high school seniors down that were paying for this trip themselves so we had to find something affordable but also wonderful. This was it. It was a bit of a drive to the popular tourist spots of Panama City (20+minutes), but we wouldn't have traded it for the world. There were close by grocery stores and Walmart that we utilized. It was so nice to have our own private little beach and dock that the girls could spend their evenings on. It was super windy while we were there (beach side) and being at "home" on the lagoon side was much more pleasant. I enjoyed watching the sunrise over the water every day. We actually really enjoyed being by the Air Force Base because it was like having an airshow every day. The house was very clean and beachy. The girls enjoyed the back deck with the beautiful lights every evening. The beds were extremely comfortable and they had very nice linens and pillows. A++++

Della is as a wonderful host. The space was perfect for us and our fur babies. It is very clean and had everything that we needed. It is super quiet and very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the bikes and the out door spaces. We arrived a little later than expected and were very thankful for the snacks and bottled water. Our dogs loved the treats ! Della and her husband are very thoughtful . Definitely will be returning ! Much needed relaxing stay, thank you 😊

Sunnie went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. The house was beautiful and plenty of room for my family. The area and had shops, food, and much more within walking distance! House was fully stocked and didn't need anything for the beach. Highly recommend!

We booked this last minute after a cancellation by another host. Great vacation home. Super clean. All the beds were comfy and had nice linens. Short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive to all messages. They also helped us extend our trip last minute. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and this was by far the nicest. There’s always something in a house that’s not well cared for, not here. Everything was in perfect shape. We will definitely stay again. Thank you T and TK for a beautiful family vacation.

Alexandra was a top notch host. The house was exactly as described and she goes out of her way to ensure it is stocked and kid friendly items. The electric bike was a treat to use on the beach, that was not crowded and just what we were looking for. Plenty of amenities for a long or short stay. the kayaks and bicycles were a nice addition. She was very responsive with a few questions we had while we were there. We highly recommend her and this location. We will return in the near future.

Our stay here was Awesome! House was Great! It's all about what you're looking for... this quiet community we found to be very relaxing with enough going on to keep us busy. Weather was chilly at times, so the heated community pool was perfect for all of us. The golf cart provided is a great perk to easily get to the heated pool and all of the little shops and the pizza joint, which was good. We did not use the closest pool as it was a bit too chilly. Golf cart rides at sunset were a hit... the views are absolutely amazing. Spent a day on Cape San Blas... we went there too late in the week, should have spent more time here. The Bay side in the park all the way to the west end, offered a Carribean feel. Shallow crystal blue water and white sand. $6 for a carload to get in. Best Places to eat: Indian Pass (oysters and crab legs), Joe Mama's (woodfire pizza), White Marlin (pricey but very good.. great sunset on the deck), The Italian Kitchen. Would definitely return!

Will enjoyed our stay here! It was our first time in Mexico beach! We normally go to Destin but wanted to try something new and we were not disappointed at all! ❤️❤️❤️

Great spot and location. Close to windmark beach. Very spacious, clean and well decorated unit. Port St Joe is very laid back with beautiful beaches. Community amenities were good - heated pool, local gym, pizza restaurant, liquor store, etc. Property met our expectations and Neil was very responsive. Also - having bikes and beach chairs was appreciated. The one sticking point - I would have liked to have a propane grill but only a charcoal one was provided. Other than that a very enjoyable vacation!

Loved the access to the beach and the quiet area around us. Great place to go to get away from all the noise.

Nick’s place was in a great location. It’s on a quiet street, but the beach is only a block away. Caribbean Coffee, which had great coffee, pastries & breakfast sandwiches, was just around the corner. There was also a very cute gift shop, Tortuga Moon, next to the coffee shop. We also appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs. Nick was very accommodating & answered all of our questions.

Tara’s home is absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful last minute birthday trip and couldn’t have asked for more. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked with anything you may need. Great open floor plan and the house was so clean and homey! The wrap around deck with a screened area was a huge bonus for enjoying our evenings. Tara was a great host! So quick to respond to any questions and beyond helpful. We definitely hope to return for another stay!
