The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and such. Such a beautiful area to stay. The condo could use a little deep cleaning but I realize the housekeeper has limited amount of time between guests.

1BR/1BA Ocean View! 3 Minute Walk To Poipu Beach!

ScottRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Very much enjoyed our 5-night stay at the end of January. Great location in Poipu w/ awesome view and walking distance to great beaches. Lots of storage space, tons of beach gear and well equipped kitchen. Greatly appreciated having washer/dryer (and detergent) as well as items in the kitchen like plastic wrap and foil. The arrival goodies were great! DEFINITELY get the A/C, don't think twice about it. Note, keep drapes and blinds closed during the day to help keep the space cool. Comfortable bed, good pillows. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Very responsive and communicative host. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful home in a beautiful, and peaceful neighborhood. Perfect place for a family Christmas gathering. Stayed here with my two grown children and their spouses. It is great everyone can have their own bathroom and privacy. Pool, hot tub and fire pit were our favorite gathering places. Kitchen has everything you need to cook simple to complex meals. Loved our visit and the host was very responsive and helpful . Thank you!

NaluHale, Memories Made Here.

AnyaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great for our multi-generation family. Easy access to beach with an array of beach items at the house - chairs, toys, towels, coolers. Our 3-year old loved the fenced yard, garden with red clay dirt, and learning how to confidently and safely manage stairs. Full kitchen meant we made many great breakfasts and dinners with fresh produce from farmers markets and local stores. Great home base the exploring the beaches and sites of Kauai. Thanks, Geralyn!

Hokulele Hale - steps to the beach TVR 4188

DanielleRating, 5 stars20 months ago
There are not enough great words to describe how wonderful it was to stay here! The house is even more gorgeous and spacious than the photos show and the flow of the space itself is truly divine! We enjoyed our meals and hanging out on the spacious lanai and did yoga on the wrap around lawn! There was great space for our group to sleep, and the Hawaiian breeze through the home felt so nourishing and enlivening. And I’m saving th best for last because all this wonderfulness is located literally just a two minute walk to what I believe is one of the most glorious beaches in all of Kauai - Hanalei Beach. I woke each morning and took a dip in the ocean before coming home to have breakfast in our spacious kitchen - a total dream! Ann was a lovely host - after trying to book other houses that were managed by companies, I loved the human touch of connecting with Ann directly who is a long time Kauain resident and a delight to work with! I’m so happy for you if you get to stay here!

Paradise retreat! Plunge Pool, Hot Tub, AC!

BetsyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great, quick, and friendly communication on their end from start to finish. A very spacious and very comfortable home for our family. Provided lots of spaces inside and outside to feel comfortable. We loved the uniqueness of this home. The master is extremely spacious (if you have young children they could sleep in there very comfortably) The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for night walks if you like looking at the stars/moon/planets. All beds were very, very comfortable (and all of us are picky about beds/bedding) with nice linens. Plenty of towels in kitchen, bathrooms and for the beach. Kitchen very well stocked with dishes/cooking gear and spices. I loved that they also keep condiments (oils, vinegars, ketchup etc...) Lots of beach toys for our granddaughters and other beach gear. The home overall is very clean, would return for sure. The only suggestions I would have is to have a very thorough updated deep clean refresh to bring it to the next level.

Jewel of the Pacific- Oceanfront Paradise

SarahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
After spending a few days on two other islands, Cash’s Kauai location was the absolute shining star of our vacation. The view is exceptional - ocean waves and lush mountains abound. The Princeville neighborhood is charming, and Cash’s unit had everything we could ask for - from a stocked kitchen to super comfortable beds. Make sure to take the quick drive into Hanalei, the idyllic surf town with great food, shave ice, morning donuts and acaii bowls. Zero regrets about this stay!

Paradise Awaits w/salt water Pool, A/C and wifi

TammyRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Our family of seven was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. Brandi and the housekeeper were extremely accommodating and helpful with us getting back our daughter’s insulin when we had accidentally left it in the fridge during check out. The kids had a blast in the pool and we would definitely book again next time we are back in Kauai.

4 BR plantation home with pool steps to Poipu

AllisonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely house with two separate sides that was perfect for our extended family. Kitchens and bathrooms were large and spacious. Decks were a nice place to hang out and the pool was a great bonus, especially for the kids. The best part was the location though. Less than a 5 min walk to Brenneke’s beach and poipu beach where you can snorkel and watch the sea turtles at sunset. Lots to do in the area and house had a nice, private feel as well.

Waipouli Beach Resort D101

BobbyeRating, 5 stars66 months ago
My husband and I have stayed in these Condos/Hotel in the past and fell in love with it our first trip to Kaua’i. We had to come back and luckily found it a lot cheaper on Airbnb. We also thought the unit through Airbnb was even nicer. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The pool and hot tubs are amazing, fun, and refreshing, especially after hiking all day. The location is also perfect for exploring the island because you are right in the middle. There is a convenient grocery, Starbucks and Rosses you can walk to across the street. Tons of restaurants with impressively good food. If we come back to Kaua’i again, we wouldn’t change where we stayed.
The open-concept living space features a dining area with a dark wooden table set for six, surrounded by wicker chairs. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room, showcasing tropical scenery. Stylish decor, including a colorful sofa and ceiling fan, complements the airy atmosphere.

Regency Villas 120 by Destination Kauai -AC Luxury

GabbyRating, 5 stars37 months ago
This property is an an area called Poipu Kai . Firstly it’s the best area to stay at Kauai . Full stop . We stayed here for 10 nights on the first 2 weeks of 2022. The room is on the 2nd floor of a 4 apartment building in a confused cluster of similar and better appartments in Poipu Kai . Small balcony facing the car park . We really enjoyed our stay here , it was super comfortable for a family of 4, but could easily take 6. The room was well equipped and even included boogy boards and beach chairs and umbrellas . The pool was nice but required 200 plus meter walk . Poipu beach was a 7 minute stroll away . We absolutely loved this beach , it’s a true aquarium below and above you’ll swim with turtles , seals and see dolphins and whales in the background . The showers were excellent , tv included Foxtel and Prime. Private parking included just under the apartment . The area is clean , well maintained very quiet throughout the day and st night . Jeremy our contact person was superb , easy and accomodating .

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of sunrise. Spacious, well stocked condo. Appreciated welcome goody basket filled with Hawaiian treats. Make sure to read instructions on how to open door. The downstairs living area does not have AC. We were there in early January and it was bearable but I think we would have been too hot in summer. The bedrooms were very comfortable with portable AC units. Management had very good and clear communication. We were worried about the nearby construction but we only heard them one morning around 8 as we were getting ready to leave for the day so it never bothered us but if you want to sleep in on weekdays, it might bother you. There is a public trail out back but the lanai is higher so you only see the people when you are sitting outside. Lots of people hike by at sunrise and sunset to see the view you get from the lanai in your PJs! Overall great convenient location and would definitely stay again!

Oceanview 3BR, 3-1/2BA with AC Throughout

JudeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved our time in Poipu! The location was great for many reasons — we had fun seeing the turtles come ashore for the night at the nearby beach, we loved spending time at the excellent Botanical Gardens that were a short drive away, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from without going far. Nearby Koloa was fun to explore, and Lihue was not far when we needed to get to the airport or treat ourselves to an amazing helicopter ride around the island. We prepared many meals at the apartment and had all the equipment and space we needed. The beach towels and chairs and other equipment was great. Highly recommend this spot!
A clear view of a swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs is presented. Tropical landscaping and tall palm trees are visible in the background, enhancing the outdoor space. A shaded area with solar panels can be seen to the left of the pool.

Kauai condo up to 6 people near beaches and shops.

NargisRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Patrick’s place was wonderful and exactly what we needed for 1 night stay. The check in was a little long because some paperwork was missing from the owners to the check in desk but a call to Patrick resolved the issue. There was also a $20 charge for keys which was a surprise but besides that it was exactly as described. Thank you.
A well-lit bathroom features a spacious vanity with a single sink and natural wood cabinetry. A large mirror above the sink reflects the bright lighting. In the background, a glass shower enclosure and a toilet are visible, complemented by soft towels hanging nearby.

Po'ipū Kaua'i Paradise

ChrisRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great stay. The proximity to the beach / ocean was excellent. Others comments about the bathroom/shower had us concerned, but it was clean and functional during our stay. The apartment was a little warm and stuffy when we first arrived, but once the windows are open and the fans are on, it cooled down considerably. By morning (in February) it was actually almost too cold. The closest full of beach stuff was really useful.
