Condo vacation rentals in Poipu Beach

We have stayed at Peter’s place several times and we love it. It is perfect for our family of 4. The walk out to the grass is awesome and the palm tree lined view of the Pacific is a dream. Kiahuna Plantation is safe and you can rent snorkel equipment and beach umbrellas for a daily or weekly price. There were two set of snorkels and masks in the unit so we only needed to rent fins. We will be back! Thank you!

The highlight was the breathtaking view, making every morning feel like a dream. What really stood out was Briana's outstanding communication — she responded promptly to all our questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The resort itself was well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Michael's place was just great. The views off the balcony were so wonderful. Great breeze comes through the area. The beach is just steps away. Pool area was kept spotless. Michael had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and some snorkel gear. The condo was nicely appointed. Would stay there again.

Beautiful place. It was a home owned by residents with pride. An honor to share the beautiful and homy abode they created. it was a true home, beautifully decorated, without the amenities needed to enjoy my Island. Central, well appointed and magical. Could not hope for more, and I am an Island boy...

Such a great location right by the beach. The unit has an A\C however it never really felt cold on the requested settings. Literally has every kitchen gadget needed. Mahalo.

L: can't ask for a better location to have Banyan Harbor Condo in Luhie as our home base to visit all sights and sounds of Kauai from the east to west and south to north shores L: can't ask for better amenities from inside the unit and out to parking spaces, pool and tennis court. L: can't ask for a better team operating the condo from the owner, concierge and other staff members We annually travel every year with only hotels as our primary accommodation but this primary stay in an airBnB condo changes our future plans. What a bonus to have seen 4 different cruise ships (one of which was the exact cruise ship we boarded for our carribean cruise years ago) docked in the harbor in close proximity of the condos He noho maika'i

Jolie & Stephen were superstars! Their communication was prompt and friendly, and they shared local recommendations that made our trip unforgettable. The check-in was seamless, and we felt right at home thanks to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, beach supplies , washer/dryer, AC and other amenities. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay with great views, easy beach/pool access with great pool for kids and hot tub area! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed - the outdoor table was a huge plus! Also the baby / toddler stuff provided was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again

Eric’s place was the best airbnb we have stayed at and I’ve stayed at over 20. His home was my favorite, AC worked fantastic, kitchen stocked up with all the applicants, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear. I’m going to recommend to all my friends and family.

Tom’s updated room was perfect for us. The walk-in shower, a/c, counter space, and two mini fridges were great. The parking pass was conveniently located on the counter in the room. We loved being close to the ocean, pool, tiki bar, and grilling area. We were always able to find a lounge chair on the beach and pool. People walked regularly on the sidewalk in front of us, but we expected that and felt far enough away. The landscaping at the resort was beautiful and many of the plants were labeled. The plants around our room provided privacy by the side window and even the patio area. We took advantage of the water bottle re-fill station by the front desk in the lobby, as well as Coconut Marketplace, which was steps away, for their restaurants, shops, and ABC store. We would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to family and friends.

This condo is in an amazing location—just a ten minute walk to the beach, if that. We really appreciated the beach gear and the clean, open feel to the place. Make sure you bring your own coffee and breakfast supplies and your first morning will be a smooth landing!

We had an amazing time at Nat’s place. The location was perfect: easy walk to the beach and beautiful path along the cliffs. The description and pictures were exactly what we found upon arrival. Very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. Next time in Kaua’i, will definitely return and will recommend to family and friends. Nat was very responsive and helpful with precise instructions upon check in and out. Thank you Nat!!

Perfect place to stay with a family! The condo was well stocked with bath towels, beach towels, beach gear, board games, cooking and kitchen ware, and was comfortable and clean. The host gave tons of good local recommendations. The community pool is nice and the condo is super close to the beach! Would love to come stay again!

We had a lovely stay in Koloa for our spring break. We were able to get an early check-in which was a pleasant surprise and very appreciated. The condo seems very new and well kept with lots of space for our family of 4! The pool area is a few minutes walk away with a big pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. It was usually busy but not overcrowded. The condo complex is walkable (8-10 minutes) to a small shopping village with a few restaurants, shops, and a free hula show on Mondays and Thursdays. Very close to Poipu beach (5 minute drive or 20 min walk) which was great for kids (and a place to spot sea turtles!). Another great beach to check out with little kids is Baby Beach (less than 10 min drive). We would definitely not hesitate to book here again if we’re ever back in Kauai!

Arthur's place was perfect for our week in Kapa'a! Cute & comfortable, walking distance to many things including restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy. We found the pool to be quiet, located just outside the lanai! Arthur was helpful and responsive, we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This was hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The condo itself matched the pictures and exceeded our expectations. The bed is super comfortable, the entire place felt like home. You can walk to the pool in one minute, and the beach in three! Besides the amazing location, amenities, and condo itself, the hosts truly made this experience! We felt so welcomed even before we arrived.
