Other than the noise of the railroad it was exactly what I needed

This home is older, but it has been updated and improved to be modern and comfortable. There is a patio and small deck that overlooks a small grassy area and canal. The neighborhood feels safe and comfortable. Shanita was a helpful and responsive host. Because it is a pet friendly place, we did notice some residual pet hair here and there on some of the furniture. That is to be expected, but if anyone has allergies you may want to take it into account. There are several dogs in the neighborhood, one which came to say hi at the back patio door during our stay and several that enjoyed barking in the afternoon. Again, this shouldn't be an issue for those who don't mind pets, but if you are afraid of dogs or you plan on sleeping during the day, it is something to consider. It is a duplex, but we didn't hear the neighbors at all through the wall. The neighbor's door faces the open street, but the door of this home is enclosed inside a fence. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

My stay was great. The Airbnb had everything that you would need! It was clean, spotless, and very neat! The surrounding neighborhood was great! I plan to stay there again when I'm back in Ft. Smith. Kevin also was very good at communicating back and forth. Overall the best place I've stayed at.

The place was pristine and had everything I needed to cook home-cooked meals for my daughter who I came to see… Will definitely stay again … thank you Jon
