Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Pleasure Point

Sara goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome—from fresh flowers and a birthday balloon, to wine, to dog toys! Place is as it appears in the photos, if not better. Beds are comfortable. Extremely dog friendly but in a way that feels nice and comfortable (not cheap). Appreciated the art and the piano—it created a welcoming and warm vibe. Yard was right off the primary bedroom so it was easy to let the dogs in and out to the fenced yard. Sara was perfectly communicative—responsive and helpful. A perfect stay for 4 adults and two dogs! Would definitely come back.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how adorable the town of Felton was! Kathleen's home was so close to the quaint downtown and also a short drive to the heart of Santa Cruz. We loved being surrounded by the gorgeous redwoods and so close to the State park. The home was plenty spacious for a family of four and provided all the basic necessities. We slept very comfortably and enjoyed our complimentary coffee on the back deck.

We had a great time at Lara’s home. It was comfortable, modern and very clean. The view is gorgeous. Lara was a very responsive and accommodating host. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was nicer than the photos and absolutely perfect for a girls weekend. Everything was well equipped and labeled. The location was very quiet and peaceful with great access to a quiet beach. You definitely need a car as it's a little isolated but that added to the charm.

This was my family's 4th stay at Holly's beautiful home in Aptos and it continues to be one of our favorite Airbnbs. From the basket of local treats to the incredible views and tasteful decor -- it feels so special arriving at Holly's home and she makes you feel very welcome. We have 2 young kids (ages 4 & 2) and having the beach just across the road makes life so easy, plus the house is stocked with great beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. We spent our mornings on the beach searching for sea glass and shells, afternoons kayaking (alongside dolphins, no less!) and getting ice cream at Marianne's, and evenings enjoying the sunset from the terrace. We had a very special time and are already looking forward to our next visit.

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this is now one of our favorite. So clean and neat! Not a lot of clutter so there was plenty of space for our things. Vic and Leanne obviously take great pride in their property and accommodating their guests. Everything you could want was waiting for us, including coffee and creamers. Much appreciated! And we never realized what a luxury heated bathroom floors were! You cannot go wrong choosing this property. Highly recommended!

First off the photos don’t do this house justice. The spaces, including that wonderful balcony, are bigger than you think. We had 7 adults, a toddler & an infant and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The beds, linens and pillows were so comfy, the multitude of windows to let the ocean air breeze come through, along with fans in the bedrooms, were perfect. The kitchen was the most well equipped I’ve used in an Airbnb before. The wagon, chairs and beach towels were also so nice to have for the short one block walk to Black Beach (one of my favorites in Santa Cruz). Oh and do not let the 1 full bathroom for everyone scare you off. Having the 2 half baths made it all work and we never had an issue. My family LOVED this place and wants to come back so very much. We have spent 26 years coming to Santa Cruz almost annually and this was our best residential experience yet. Thank you to Kim and her Rental Mgr, Nancy, for taking care of us and communicating so well. This family highly recommends!

Great spot to relax in. Accessible to all parts of Monterey Bay.

We had such a great time!! The property was super clean. Jaime was very responsive. She had something we needed under an hour delivered to the front door! The area was cool, walkable & safe, lots of restaurants, ocean just a couple of blocks away, and lots of local artisan shops to visit. The property looked like the pictures and two big windows that brought the sunlight in was really nice , too. Very nice vibes here. We will be back!

This spot was perfect for my weekend trip! Gorgeous view and serene little terrace backyard to sit and meditate in. So much space! There was even a little office. We came on a cold and rainy weekend and the little place was so cozy it was hard to go do fun things in town when we just wanted to stay 'home' and enjoy. I celebrated my grandbaby's first birthday two streets over and my dear friends 50th birthday weekend. All in all a great spot! Hoping to come back to this one!

Maria Elena's studio apartment is perfect for two people. It is roomy and completely updated. The king size bed is comfortable and the mini-split heat/air conditioner is perfect for the changes in weather in San Jose. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and walkable to a local grocery, coffee and restaurants. I recommend Maria Elena's apartment and will stay there again on my next trip to San Jose.

We had such a great stay here. The place was very clean and had directions for everything, which was helpfull. House was conveniently situated in the middle of all the activities we had on our agenda. Also, the binder in the home had some great suggestions on things to do in the Santa Cruz area, and we will definetely be doing some of those activities next time we come back!

This is a great find for relaxing in downtown Capitola. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and great parking for exploring the surrounding area. This is one of the most clean AirBNBs I have stayed in, the attention to detail is immaculate.

The home was clean and very spacious. I was concerned about the cold weather but the house was so cozy. The pool was so close to us and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. I loved that the home was so close to the water and we could hear the waves crashing. Everything about the home was amazing.

Also, pairing up services from Santa Cruz Core Fitness with a Massage, Vasper Session, and the InBody Scan also was awesome! It had my body feeling recovered and supercharged for Sunday. A minor issue with our original reservation was quickly resolved by the PowerWest Team. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

We've been coming to Seascape for over 20 years now and this was one of the better locations for our family. It had grass access and beautiful ocean views. The kids loved the little seating area. Overall the location and space was everything we needed and more.

Beautiful views! Our family enjoyed our stay and the main floor layout was perfect for our extended family's get together. The pool table, foosball table and games were loved by adults and kids alike. A few family members did get car sick on the way to the house though (not the fault of the house or host by any means), so just be aware that it is a windy road to get up there.

Awesome retreat space in redwoods!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay. Full of beautiful views, great amenities. We loved the full kitchen and fireplace! The balcony/patio was my personal favorite! Great spot to enjoy the sunrise and a cup of coffee. The host was equally just as wonderful! Thank you for the experience!
