Perfect quiet spot near lots of businesses in Pleasant Hill. Would definitely stay here again.

We are undergoing a renovation so when our daughters returned home, we knew we needed more space. Megan's place was the perfect solution and was located less than 5 minutes away from our home. We know the neighborhood and how great it is! The space is brand new, immaculate and filled with thoughful amenities. Everything is well stocked and high quality. Also, Megan's instructions are clear and simple. Instructions for use of the appliances were helpful and so appreciated the simple checkout instructions. This was a perfect getaway from our dusty remodel!

Super nice, responsive, easy to communicate host! The place is great. Very nice environment. Love the Iron Horse Trail just outside of the community, which I walked every week. Hope the unit to have more sunshine though.

We enjoyed our stay at Janice’s. Both Janice and her dog Emily were very welcoming. The place was very comfortable; it included everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice neighborhood with a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. We were staying there while the interior of our house was being painted so sadly, I am not sure we will return. Thanks Janice!
