This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.

The apartment is a really great place to stay! Really comfortable location, a lot of entertainments nearby. Famous pierce 39 is in 15 minutes walking. Very clean, safety and calm district. Sandra is a perfect owner, when I couldn’t find appartment she called and helped me to check in. I recommend Sandra and apartment to everyone, you will not regret about it.

My friend and I had a very nice stay. Everything was just as described and pictured. It was quiet, comfortable, and walking distance to a great coffee shop, restaurants, and most importantly, the ocean. (Plus, a lovely view of the ocean.) Petko was easy to communicate with too.

A nice, clean, comfortable place to call home for a week long visit to the East Bay Area. Kitchen is well equipped and there are great grocery stores nearby. Beds are very comfortable and the place is very clean. Quiet enough for downtown Berkeley. We were very happy there!

You cannot beat this location. We easily found street parking every day and everywhere you walk you will find entertainment. We walked to Golden Gate the first day and it was beautiful, spotted a blue heron in the wetland area. The next walked up and down Chestnut Street for shopping and dining. Then walked along the Bay trail to Fisherman’s wharf and the Ferry Building to visit the Farmers Market. What a great place and so quiet. We loved it

We had a great stay at Damani’s place in Oakland. The apartment is perfect for a couple or friends traveling together. My friend and I stayed for the weekend and have zero complaints. Damani was responsive, friendly, and provided clear and detailed instructions for everything. The apartment itself was as pictured. Clean space and we were provided with the listed amenities plus some nice touches like toothbrushes and a steamer. The complex is quiet and in a good neighborhood. Very close to shops, coffee, and downtown Oakland. A lot was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
