Vacation rentals with a sauna in Playacar

Everything was as stated the space was cozy and perfect for what I needed.

The place is like in the photos, very central and close to the 5th avenue. The amenities of the building are a very good plus that are worth taking advantage. It is on a main avenue so it can be a little noisy in the evenings, but nothing from the other world that prevents having a good rest. I would definitely come back.

This is our fifth time to the Cancun/Playa area and this place takes the cake! Stunning place, beautiful resort with a huge pool, stuff for the kiddie and great bar/restaurant. For context, cocktails are 70 pesos ($3.50) - best margaritas ever. The space was awesome, cool patio to chill and have lunch. Beds amazingly comfortable. Evenings in the hot tub to wind down, conveniently there are two with slightly different temperature which works well. Will definitely be coming again, next time I’ll be sure to bring a padel set!

The description and pictures of the property is exactly as stated. There were 6 of us staying and we had plenty of room. My son, who is a special needs young adult, who paces and has sensory sensitivities was able to navigate his surroundings and move around exceptionally well. The dining room table was perfect. The table was where we were able to commune as a family, eat, and play games. The walkability to Walmart, OXXO, 5th Avenue, and the beach was spot on. Again my son has cerebral palsy and has difficulty walking for long distances. The location of the property was perfect and we were able to walk as a family. We would absolutely stay again. The only thing I would like to suggest is a washing machine and dryer.

It is a beautiful place, the truth is worth it, the view is beautiful, I would definitely return to this beautiful place, 100% recommended

Asaf’s place in AWA Playacar was incredible and close to everything we could have wanted for our family vacation in Playa Del Carmen! The place was clean, secure, and well kept. There was plenty of room for our family and the amenities were fantastic! Asaf was a great host and incredibly responsive to our questions and provided useful recommendations for our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the place. The condo is very quiet, which was what we were looking for. It's not in a central location, but inside there is a small shop to buy groceries and a 20-minute walk there is a Soriana. In the condo they loan bikes so it was a good option also for those who did not rent a car porq we had no intention of walking but enjoying the place. The publication doesn't get much publicity on the beach, but it's beautiful. The white sand and we touch an exceptional climate, no sargasso and the very slight swell, super suitable for children. About the depa, it is identical to the pictures. Everything is very nice and clean. The super equipped kitchen is spacious and with enough pillows and blankets. The terrace is a super plus with its grill. The only detail is that the cart to move things to the beach is no longer in good order. The wheels do not turn easily and we prefer not to use it porq gave more trouble than it helps. For everything others really at ease with the experience.

Stayed with 4 other friends and the house was amazing. 2.5 bathrooms proved very useful for 5 people. The patio was a very convenient place to hang out with friends after a day at the beach.

My wife and I had a great 2-night stay at Miguel's condo before heading to Bacalar. The location is the highlight: close to 5th Ave but in a quieter area with less touristy restaurants. The ADO bus station is just a few blocks away - a major perk! The condo was clean and as pictured, comfortable for our short stay. It could use some cosmetic updates but everything was in working order. We were on the 1st floor, and enjoyed the patio access to the courtyard pool. I used the well-equipped 4th-floor gym, and we saw a beautiful sunset from the rooftop bar/pool area. Check-in was easy, and the building felt secure with 24/7 front desk staff. Appreciated having a door code instead of a key. Miguel was responsive when we needed the Wi-Fi info. Overall, an excellent choice for a convenient and comfortable stay in Playa del Carmen. Great value for the location and amenities!

Great apartment in Playa del Carmen. Near the fifth avenue on foot, it has parking and has ample space. Building with concierge. Comfortable beds. We only had a little unforeseen with the hot water that didn't heat up. But great service of León, always helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about Rose’s condo in Playa Del Carmen. She is the ultimate host. The accommodations were exactly as described and perfectly clean and comfortable. Rose made the check-in process super easy and understandable, she also made things easier for us by booking our airport transportation, and even an excellent and affordable private chef - which topped our stay. She is super friendly and always ready and willing to do anything to make your stay the best it can be. We feel lucky to have found her listing and hope to visit again in the future.

We felt comfortable in the apartment from the first minute. There is a lot of space with two great balconies. The beds are super comfortable. The complex overall is beautiful, with a huge swimming pool,great plants and everything is very stylishly designed. Chris was a great host and always directly available if we needed anything. Unfortunately, we had some noisy neighbors, although we were probably just unlucky here. Chris responded immediately to get rid of the noise. We were traveling with our little daughter and the apartment & the facility overall are very suitable for children. Overall a clear recommendation!

Beautiful condo! This is our first Airbnb! We really enjoyed our time at this Airbnb. The location is super convenient to beach, restaurants and entertainment! The apartment is very clean, beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable. I absolutely loved the coffee bar and balcony! Visiting this Airbnb convinced me to make Playa del Carmen my second home. Amenities- we didn’t use the pool but we visited it and it’s gorgeous! Very nice views! Luxxor was truly exceptional! Super responsive and very polite and patient for my newbie self! This was truly a great and memorable visit.

I stayed 4 days as a family, the house is super equipped, everything super good and super quiet The arrival is autonomous so without a problem arrive without problems at the time that I most accommodated on the itinerary The nearest store is an Oxxo Como about 2km away Alonso is always attentive, responds quickly and always resolves questions. Recommended

Highly recommend Juan Manuel's place. Nice apartment, clean and organized. Very nice for us who brought our two-year-old daughter, nice playgrounds, nice pool and lots to do for her. Juan Manuel was a great host who communicated well and friendly.

Angela's place is magnificent, because it is a very well-kept house in details, very clean, you really feel at home, the decor is very nice and you feel very comfortable. I am fascinated by the location because it is very close to xcaret, xplore, and other parks, there are shopping malls and supers relatively close. There is pool in the private, it is safe. Angela is very ready for your needs.

Me, my wife, and our four children called Casa Bella home for eight days while traveling all over the Yucatán seeing the sights. The complex felt safe offering enough amenities for our family to enjoy the rest times we mixed in for recovery. Besides being perfectly clean and thoughtfully decorated (lots of green growing plants and natural light) it felt enough like home for it to be a haven where a stressed out daddy could let it go and relax. Honestly the hosts did a better job communicating than I did, and were on top of any situation that arose. The only thing that would’ve made our stay more comfortable is a clothes dryer. It rained every day we were there, and clothes left on the line while we were gone were rarely dry when we got home…a minor inconvenience. In the end my wife and I agreed that of all the thousands we spent on this trip, renting Casa Bella was one of the best decisions we made value for money wise. Thank you, Arturo and Magnolia for a wonderful stay.

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
