We loved our week long stay at Xavier's place. The condo was beautiful and comfortable and our hosts always responded promptly to our questions and requests. The beds were extremely comfortable! We also enjoyed the beautiful pools and delicious drinks from the pool bar. Across the street there is a great little shop to get coffee and pastry as well as a yummy gelato place! Easy walk to 5th avenue and the beach. Definitely recommend!

We loved it very much. Very convenient location. Great condo with everything you need. Ver safe, did not have any issues. We were busy everyday so we did not use the roof top amenities, but I am sure it is great. Well maintained building. Will recommend to any family Cheers

The place was absolutely beautiful, and I would highly recommend it. I would definitely stay there again! It’s a safe, gated complex, just a 10-minute cab ride from the beach and 5th Avenue. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a large grocery store, including Walmart. The place was very clean and cozy, and the complex itself feels like a resort. Highly recommend!

Asaf was an amazing communicator from the get-go. His 3 bedroom condo is just beautiful, sits in a corner on the second floor( elevator close by) and has a lovely view from the covered terrace. The private gated community of Playacar embraces one from the minute we arrived. Where the AWA condos are not on the beach, the walk is about 15 to 30 minutes through an archeological reserve and was very easy for us 75 year olds. Strollers will not make it through the reserve, nor will bikes which are parked just outside the entry through the wooded reserve. This would be the ONLY downside of staying in a condo vs an all inclusive beach resort for twice the money. AWA has the most spectacular pool I’ve ever seen, with various parts to it. Hot tub and jacuzzis (2), fountains, wading pools and swimming areas. The kid’s room is great. Air-conditioned with lots of toys to entertain the kids. The apartment is large enough for our family of five-3 bedrooms and bath, living room/ kitchen,terrace

This place has very good location, right in the middle, between tourist zone and residential area, 15 min walk to “Playa 72” beach. The studio is not that big, but has everything you need for the stay, the outdoor space helps a lot. Toilet and shower areas are separated from each other and small, so if you are a big person, could be a challenge. Not that much privacy as well. It is nice building, with beautiful pool on the roof top, but pretty busy. A lot of units are used as airbnbs for tourists, so expect heavy foot traffic, as a result, the management is strict about wearing the bracelets. So, was annoying to put them on before entering the building. There is construction in the lobby, so, noisy during the day. We were not able to use the sauna on the roof top, just no one knew where the key was. Uber is blocked in the whole Playa area. Prepare to navigate your way using local “collectivo” and ADO buses to Cancun airport if you don’t want to pay insane taxi prices for tourists.

The Oscar's place is very friendly and relaxing. We wanted to visit the surroundings of Playa del Carmen and this is the perfect location because far from the hustle and bustle. We loved spending time on its terrace, the mattresses are very comfortable, the shower has a nice pressure and the water is very hot, perfect. The pool is beautiful, as our host describes us. Oscar was very attentive and caring, we will recommend without hesitation to the next guests. Thank you Oscar.

Great apartment in Playa del Carmen. Near the fifth avenue on foot, it has parking and has ample space. Building with concierge. Comfortable beds. We only had a little unforeseen with the hot water that didn't heat up. But great service of León, always helpful.

The condo was in a great location! The amenities were awesome. Beautiful pools! There was an Oxxo right across the condos which was super convenient. Loved being in Playacar. Much more quiet, very family friendly. Rose was great, very responsive!

Highly recommended. Right on 5th Avenue and Deena has made a great effort to organize a parking spot in the underground parking for a day for free. The room was very well maintained and great decor (great soft sheets and towels). We booked spontaneously the same day and we got a message right away. Everything worked wonderfully.

Perfect place for everything you need in Playa Del Carmen ; Spent 7 days and this place is exactly the accommodation needed. Host was a pleasure & was communicative. Place was clean and neat and had all the things we needed it to have (Fridge, Toaster, Sink, Coffee Maker, TV) -- Balcony was amazing to use and relax on. Has air conditioning. HAS HAIR DRYER for the ladies. Supplies a range of towels (4) -- If you're reading this, just click book, it's worth. Click the days you need and click BOOK NOW. 9.75 out of 10 -- the .25 is the shower water pressure was lacking, but I am a spoiled 1st world country person with an amazing shower, this was definitely good enough haha

Super recommended!!!. The area is beautiful, quiet and very safe. It has a double security guard, one at the general entrance and one at the entrance of the private one. With its very full sports club! We went as a family and rent a car (fundamental). The location was very comfortable for us and we were able to get to know the whole area. The house is as shown in the pictures and in the description. Very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need to have a good time and feel at home. Alonso is an excellent host. Very friendly and always attentive to needs and doubts. Really very satisfied and grateful. We hope to be able to return in another time.

Juan’s Casa Manolo was wonderful. Located in a gated community with security 24/7. The town house was well equipped appliances were first rate. The beds and showers were great. Playa del Carmen just a short drive away. The host Juan was great if we had a question or needs he was very responsive. Would rent this townhouse again.

Angela's place is magnificent, because it is a very well-kept house in details, very clean, you really feel at home, the decor is very nice and you feel very comfortable. I am fascinated by the location because it is very close to xcaret, xplore, and other parks, there are shopping malls and supers relatively close. There is pool in the private, it is safe. Angela is very ready for your needs.

The house was exactly what we were looking for, well located in a very safe and quiet place which allowed us to quickly mobilize to the places we had already scheduled to visit. We are very satisfied and will be recommending it to our friends and friends. Thank you very much.

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
