The place is the same as the description and photos mentioned, easy to get to and has everything you need to have a good time and move to different places.

The place is really comfortable and safe, the premises are great: pool, padel, running, etc. The apartment is new, with all the furnitures necessary to feel at home. Carlos was very kind, good communications and he gave us good restaurants recomendatios. I highly recommend it, I will be back soon!!

Jamie’s apartment at Mareazul was absolutely perfect. A comfortable stylish piece of paradise in a lovely location. Perfect for the 4 of us and our beloved dog which we were very grateful to be allowed to bring! Kitchen well equipped, bedrooms comfortable quiet serene, bathrooms spotless, living areas inside and out perfect. And those terraces overlooking the beach were fantastic. Would happily return to this pretty, well-located, beautifully furnished apartment!!

I loved everything, the location, the very exclusive place, the warm infinity pool, clean The apartment was very comfortable only had a bit of a strange smell but everything was excellent. I would recommend that they had chlorine and fabulous 🙂 because we lasted quite a few days and we like the cleanliness But all amazing

Rachel’s place was perfect in so many unexpected ways. My best friend and I travel to Riviera Maya fairly often, and we were so pleased with the location, the proximity to restaurants, the private penthouse outdoor space, the pool, the beach club, and the overall vibe of the space. Rachel takes such good care of her guests and was so quick to respond when we had a question. We found that Calle 38 was a 5 minute walk and my favorite part of PDC. Rachel’s place is far enough away from the 5th that you don’t hear the noise, but close enough to walk when you want to go. It was peaceful and the views were stunning. This is the best Airbnb we’ve rented in the area and we would definitely go back.

This is such a great spot for a quiet time on PDC. The place is private and secure; and it was nice not to have to carry any keys. Severo made sure I got in, was very responsive, and provided great directions. The place has fast strong internet, a clean bathroom with very hot water and good pressure. The bed is comfy and overall the space is very easy to work or relax in. The neighborhood is on the more residential side of the city but really maybe the best in town. There are some fabulous restaurants all within a few block, convenience stores, and the entrance to the beach is at the end of the street! Not sure what more one could want.

It was a beautiful spacious home with a great common space for large groups of people. Patrica responded super quickly when we had questions. Ruth and Raphael were super sweet and friendly, ready to help when we needed anything. Ruth cooked some amazing chilaquiles and accommodated us with the help of getting groceries. Overall an amazing experience! The beach was just a few minutes away. It is worth mentioning that the single beds within the main rooms got pretty hot, but there were fans in each area to help. The house was also very clean and well maintained.

Nice and clean place, looks just like the photos. We loved that it was located right in the heart of playa del carmen, 1 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The parking garage provided a great sense of security and safety. Just a great stay all the way around!

Just right! Privacy, great restaurant right in front by heated pool on beach. And the private jacuzzi is actually hot. Hard to find combo in PDC. Host was super kind and responsive and staff was stellar. Super clean too. Didn’t event use the towel or pillow case I travel with. It all felt just great.

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

Beautiful apartment that is very will furnished. The location is an easy walk to the beach or to Fifth Avenue. The apartment was very comfortable for our group of six. We loved the condominium itself. The pool was even better in person than pictured. The front desk and security staff were friendly. There's also a gym available which was a nice surprise although, just to be aware, an appointment is required for use due to COVID.

Perfect place to stay in Playa. Just far enough from the noise. 20 steps from the beach, 20 steps from the great restaurants on 38th. As a frequent visitor of Playa, this will be my new place to stay. Separate AC units allowed me to really cool my bedroom which is a must for me. Unit was immaculately clean. Rooftop pool is really nice. Ocean view from the room. I locked myself out of my room one night. Late. Thierry/Sergio answered my late phone call and helped me get in. (I’m sorry Sergio! I owe you!)

The apartment is just like the photos, the condominium is beautiful and well cared for. The pool is exquisite and the beach is a short distance away. Close to the apartment there is a 7 eleven, pharmacy and very good Italian restaurant. The host is very kind and always willing to address any inconvenience. It is an excellent place to stay , just a couple blocks from 5th Avenue.

Santiago is an amazing host! We loved our stay at his beautiful home! Best location, so close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. His place is beautiful and welcoming and has all the essentials we need.. Santiago is very responsive to all our questions and he made us feel at home! Would definitely come back!

I would give it 6 stars, the house is beautiful, one feels like home, everything clean, tidy, the super comfortable mattresses, the kitchen with everything you need to prepare a good breakfast,throughout the stay they supplied us with basics, garrafon water, toilet paper, kitchen roll the pool always clean, walking 15 minutes you are on the 5th avenue, the beach, restaurants, oxxo, etc., thank you Josh and Karen for their attention.

Great place for family to stay. Myrna was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. We had a sick child and lost hot water twice but Myrna and Claudio, the property manager, quickly responded and fixed the problems promptly. The only complaint I have is the cooks for one of the nights did not clean up the dishes and pots and pans. The property itself is great and the backyard is unbelievably beautiful with many wild animals to look at. The beach is a 10 minute walk and us beautiful. I highly recommend staying here.

I loved my 1 week stay!!! Thank you. The view and location is perfect if you love the beach and shop. Uber Eats serves this area for those lazy days. Please do know that this is a top floor penthouse- with no elevator. Ask your driver to assist you with your luggage. Jaclyn is an amazing host- always responds to my questions and concerns in a timely manner.
