Monthly Rentals in Playa del Postiguet

We had a great stay at this appartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, with easy access to city center, and the view from terrace was amazing. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

A good location, right in the heart of Alicante and its beautiful old town. The flat is charming, with a quirky feel and a lovely balcony and view. Very private. The bed is a comfy small double. Kitchen, simple but fine. It is inevitably noisy at the weekend, be aware. And the unavoidable 65 steps up to the flat, great exercise! If these two points aren't of concern to you, then this a lovely flat. Alicante itself is just lovely and a real surprise for us. The all age sociability of the streets and promenades, just a joy. As were the fantastic trees (all over)and the thriving market. Thanks to Alfredo for his quick responses to our queries and for allowing us in early.

The apartment is nice and well equipped (AC, fridge, kitchen, oven, microvawe oven, glasses, plates, towels and bed linen). The location and the view is perfect. All the sights are reachable by walk, Postiguet beach is just a street away, there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants also nearby. Alberto is friendly and well communicating host, he was very flexible regarding the check-in, which was a big plus, as we arrived quite early to the city. I would reccommend him and his apartment. 😊
