Monthly Rentals in Playa del Postiguet

Had a wonderful 6 weeks at Xana‘s apartment. Apartment was just like on the pictures, internet was fast, clean. Xana was very responsive and helpful (arranged a vacuum cleaner for us super fast). Can definitely recommend!

Cosy apartment close to the beach, transport, city centre.

This was the perfect getaway stay. Carine was very responsive and helpful. The room was super clean and she let us know when was ready, if was ready earlier to check in. The room had everything you needed, very well thought. It felt very safe and secure and It is walkable to everywhere, the city, the castle, the beach, buses, trams. Very enjoyable stay, for our babymoon. Thank you 💐

We loved Alberto’s place. The apartment is full of light and has great views along the beach. We enjoyed cooking and having meals on the balcony. The location was ideal for us with two tram stops nearby and a range of restaurants and shops at the back of the hotel. We dined out some nights and particularly enjoyed eating at Estancia Asador, high quality food cooked on a charcoal bbq. In terms of shops there are a few small supermarkets, two lovely bakeries and a butcher. Just up the hill there there is a huge shopping centre which includes a hyper market. The old town is just a few minutes walk away and there is a track to the castle at the back of the apartment. It was the best of all worlds for us providing a slice of local life, but close to all the main attractions. Alberto was a great host and responded promptly and helpfully to all enquiries. If we go back to Alicante, this place will be our first choice.
