Beautiful and large flat with 2 terraces. The flat is 80m2 in size with stylish decor and wooden elements and paintings by well-known artists. Absolutely quiet and centrally located in a small apartment complex with only 12 units. The flat is equipped with a small kitchenette, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, TV and very good Wi-Fi connection. Beautiful green garden with pool.

Excellent Two Bedroom Apartment 300m from Beach.

Excellent Two Bedroom Apartment 2nd in line to the Beach. Within walking distance of all Attractions, Restaurants and Bars. Although very close to all attractions, the apartment is quiet as the block is far enough from the road. The balcony get's the sun all day long and has great views of the pool and manicured gardens. This Excellent Apartment is to be enjoyed to the full.

I had an absolutely perfect stay, all thanks to Alice! She was a superstar host, especially with her amazing cycling recommendations. She was always available when needed but very discreet, making my stay seamless and comfortable. The unit itself was super clean and functional, with great water pressure and plenty of warm water—something that’s surprisingly rare in Spain! The front and back balconies were incredible, offering the perfect spots to enjoy both sunrise and sunset, which was a major highlight for me. The apartment was very quiet at all times, but I did notice that the city’s trash bins are right in front, and the truck comes to empty them in the middle of the night. If someone is a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might be a good idea. The location is in a residential neighborhood at the top of a hill, so it took me 15–30 minutes to walk to the beach or grocery stores, with several hills along the way. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it’s something to keep in mind for th

We absolutely loved our stay at Blanka’s place! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The studio may be small, but it’s cozy, spotless, and has everything you need. The real highlight? The sunny, spacious balcony - perfect for slow breakfasts and lazy afternoon siestas. Such a relaxing spot! We’d definitely come back.

Great location and a fantastic apartment! Everything as expected, nice big bed, and a good shower with decent water pressure (which is not always the case in Gran Canaria). Huge balcony too - it is in the shadow for most of the day but you can enjoy the sun in the pool area. The swimming pool itself not extremeley clean, however that is not down to the host. Would stay here again.

Great place in a great location, everything we needed for self catering. Brilliant stock of pots pans and utensils. A lovely bottle of wine and water in the fridge too on arrival! Pool area very quiet, no rush for sun beds. Lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend!
