Exactly as described. Very close to the beach and various great restaurants and bars. The metro stop is right across the road and takes you right into the city. Len was a great host who kept in touch and offered great advice on local transport and recommendations.

I loved my one month stay at Jorge's beautiful 'loft'. Both Jorge and his wife are kind and attentive. The 'loft' is situated in a quiet building with an elevator and has everything you would need for a long term stay. It is well thought out and is exactly as shown in the photos...new, bright and spotlessly clean. I found the bed super comfortable and always slept well. The shower was amazing and the hot water plentiful. The enclosed balcony felt like an additional room. I enjoyed eating my meals out there. From the property you can easily walk to both the beach and to the famous City of Arts & Sciences. Supermarkets are also a short walk away. It is close to many major bus routes, several of which travel to the historic city centre. The closest Metro is a 10 minute walk away which takes you directly to the Airport. As a solo female traveler in my early 70's I highly recommend this property.

Valentina's place was the perfect place for my four week stay in Valencia. 😊 I really enjoyed my time in the accommodation and felt very comfortable there right away. Everything I needed for everyday use was there. In the kitchen I was able to cook well and use the available utensils. There was enough space and also a table to work. The location in Cabanyal was perfect for me – there are some cute cafes and good restaurants nearby, you can get to the beach quickly and to the university in about 15 minutes. Communication was top notch too. I would come back anytime.

This is our second time staying at Mara’s place. I can’t recommend it highly enough and also Mara is a fantastic host. Very proactive, friendly and quick to respond! The place itself has everything you need and more! I love the location being five minutes from the beach, access to bikes to ride to the city and plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. The WiFi is super fast and no issues whilst we worked there for a month. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t wish to stay anywhere else. Great place, great host, great location!
