Antonio is very welcoming. The accommodation is 2 minutes from tram 8, Neptu stop and then you have access to the entire metro network! It's very easy. Very quiet and comfortable accommodation.

Valentina's place was the perfect place for my four week stay in Valencia. 😊 I really enjoyed my time in the accommodation and felt very comfortable there right away. Everything I needed for everyday use was there. In the kitchen I was able to cook well and use the available utensils. There was enough space and also a table to work. The location in Cabanyal was perfect for me – there are some cute cafes and good restaurants nearby, you can get to the beach quickly and to the university in about 15 minutes. Communication was top notch too. I would come back anytime.

My husband and I spent a month and a half living and working at Mara's place. We had everything we needed there, and we really fell in love with the neighborhood. The location is really great, very close to the beach and lot's of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The place is spacious in a way that allowed me to start my day while my husband was still sleeping. Mara's communication was the best it could be. She is very sweet and responsive, and I felt like she genuinely wanted us to have a good experience. The neighbors are definitely loud as other reviews mention. We felt it but it wasn't so loud that we couldn't have zoom calls or watch tv, and it didn't affect our sleep. All in all a very positive experience, I definitely recommend it for long stays.

I had a fantastic time here! I don't need many words, the airbnb is actually exactly like the pictures. A really lovingly and carefully planned airbnb. There are great bars and restaurants within walking distance. It's also close to the beach. Eva is a great host: clear instructions, proactively sends recommendations and is easy to reach. Highly recommended!
