Monthly Rentals in Platja de les Deveses

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Raul’s. It’s in a local neighbourhood of low rise buildings with a great bar/restaurant 3 mins walk away. The main bed was very comfy, - we didn’t use the second bedroom. Great shower, though the floor needs to be dried of water afterwards as there’s no surround to the shower base. The beach is 2 mins away round the back of the house. The terrace is shared with the neighbours, a Spanish family, who were friendly and we rarely saw. Raul returned our one call very promptly and was flexible with the check out time. Recommend.

We had a fantastic week. Raúl was a great host and very responsive. The apartment was very conveniently located and very quiet. A pleasure.

Our short break was made extra special with the host Johan going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach and a short walk to the beach made it completely perfect. The 4 of us will be back.

This apartment is outstanding!! I felt like a millionaire, standing on the massive, wrap around balcony. The apartment is more beautiful than the photos show, and is spotless!! It is in a beautiful local area, with only a few restaurants dotted about…. So not touristy . Only a 5 minute car ride will take you to Lidl. Ten minute car journey to shopping centre, with McDonald’s, H and M, and other big stores. Lots of other little villages just a short distance away. I would recommend that you have a car, and are okay with stairs, as there are 64 to get up to the apartment. It is absolutely worth the climb though!!! You can walk out and straight on to the beach…. It’s heaven!!! There is also a parking space designated for the apartment, which can only be accessed by residents if the building.. I would absolutely love to stay again, and hopefully will one day!!
