Monthly Rentals in Plaka, Athens

Katerina's apartment was exactly what we needed. Close to the subway, lots of cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores in walking distance, and a clean and organized space. We stayed for just under a month and I cant imagine being anywhere else.

Even though I was unable to go on my trip due to a flight strike, I still felt very comfortable with Spyros as a host. Communication was excellent: Spyros responded to my messages very quickly, answered all of my questions in great detail, and was always friendly and accommodating. For this reason, I rate everything as very good.

Our recent stay at Christos's Airbnb in Athens was nothing short of exceptional. The flat itself was absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable – a true home away from home. We immediately felt relaxed and settled in. The location was also ideal for exploring the wonders of Athens, being just a short and pleasant walk away from the magnificent Acropolis and other key historical sites. Christos went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and felt completely welcome. It felt like we were being hosted by a kind friend rather than just a property owner. His warmth and genuine care made a significant positive impact on our trip. The comfortable desks and chairs, coupled with the reliable Wi-Fi and pleasant atmosphere, made it the perfect workspace. We loved our stay at this apartment in Kolonaki. It is exactly as on the pictures and is the best equipped rental apartment we have ever stayed in. Kolonaki is a very nice and safe neighbourhood, close enough to be able to walk to all major sights. Communication with Regina is effortless. She showed us great cooperation when we ran into a medical emergency, because of which we were unable to continue our sightseeing. We will come back to Athens to visit those sights and hope that the apartment will be available when we do. Thank you Regina!
