Excellent stay in Athens! Super fun location and so much to do (i.e. walking tours, shopping, restaurants, ancient history)! Loved the washer and dryer available in the apartment! Host was by far the most accommodating and communication was excellent! Will 100% return and recommend to our friends who are staying close to the Acropolis.

The accommodation is very cozily furnished, the bed is incredibly comfortable and the bathroom is very chic. You can even see the Acropolis from the balcony. Everything you need is there. The area makes a safe impression, in 10 minutes walk you can reach the metro and can reach everything from there. The doors have a security lock and there is an elevator. I spent a week in this small but fine Athens city apartment, I would check in again anytime. Almost like at my home! The provider is very helpful and is always available for questions and requests. The instructions were always clear and communication is very good and flexible. Good to know: Due to Netflix's terms, Netflix is not readily available in this apartment. Maybe it works with your own account. Listening to music and streaming via the Smart TV via YouTube was not an issue.

Miltos’ flat made the perfect home base to explore Athens. Everything was walkable and the flat was very comfortable to enjoy some downtime to unwind. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great experience and stay. The flat was very clean, cosy and luxury furnished. The host was always available and super quick with replies. Highly recommended.

Alfiario was very accommodating! The first thing she did up on our arrival was give us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The home was very clean and we loved using the bath/hot tub. There's a mini market right next to the place which made cooking in the home very convenient. Just one street down had a string of quality restaurants and bars that we took full advantage of. The Acropolis is only about a 15-20 minute walk away with plenty of touristy shops for gifts and souvenirs along the path. While we didn't make much use of the balcony ourselves the local kitties LOVED coming up to watch us which was a big plus to us! We struggled getting the shower to remain at it's temperature and the pressure wasn't the best but this was only a small gripe and very much could have been due to local construction affecting water flow. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend for any singles or couples wanting a very convenient and beautiful place to stay!

If you have the opportunity to stay in the house of Pantelis stay here!!. This is one of the best Airbnb ever! Lot of space for a big family. Air conditioner in all the rooms, excellent location near the trains with connexion with the whole city in 5 min. Quite área, beautiful decoration. Very confortable beds. Nice terrace to spend time. Perfect for kids. A playground is just in front of the house. Good restaurants around. And the best is the lovely care of Pantelils. He is been like our father in Athens. He looked very good care of all of us specialy of my baby that was sick and he found fast a doctor and a solution to make her feel better. Thanks a lot for an amazing stay!!! Lots of love!

Hello Travellers, This flat is absolutely amazing. I always checked the comment before chose house/flat. The comments here had led me to this place. Marios is so friendly and response person. He prepared nice snacks and water for you. Rooms are exotic. I used mostly Airbnb for my holiday. You cant find many bed sheets, towels. But you can find all of them in this flat. This means extra points. There is one things I can say the apartment entry smelled bad. However it’s not big deal. Because you can’t smell any bad in the flat. And when you go out, street smell like a flowers due to orange trees. Street smell is absolutely gorgeous. Please breathe deeply. You can walk easily to the many tourists area. I alo use uber/taxi fo coeback to flat after long day. Dot hesitate to use taxi that is cheap. I did not prepare any food at the apartment, because food is cheap and yummy outside. Nearby bakery, many cafes and restaurant. Thank you Marios for making our holiday beautiful. 😍

This place in Athens was a fantastic experience and Spyros was a wonderful host. He was very quick to respond, and always available to set up rides, offer recommendations, and provide assistance. The apartment layout was a very fun vibe to be inside while in Athens! The stairs in the apartment were fine for us, but be mindful of the stairs if you have older/younger travelers with you as they could be very unsafe. The Jacuzzi tub can comfortably fit two people and was wonderful to dip into after a day of walking around the Acropolis. The place was a few minute walk from downtown Plaka and the Acropolis/museum so very close to everything, yet quiet because it wasn't in the middle of it all. I felt very welcomed as a first time traveler to Greece and Spyros was a huge part of that. Highly recommend!
