the place was nice, clean, very home feeling.. we enjoyed our weekend -- will have to visit in summer time

This is our 3rd stay at Barry's place. We use it as a stop over on our drive to/from our home in Minnesota from/to Florida. It is peaceful, very dog friendly, and as a wonderful relaxing vibe. Not fancy, but a great stop over.

Everything was so sweet. Very clean! Little farm cabin that was cozy and felt at home. The chickens were an added bonus for us. The rooster crowing was awesome!!

Everything at the Hillbilly Hut was perfect! We needed a pet-friendly place to get some sleep inside an 18-hour drive and this was just the ticket. It was quiet and peaceful so sound sleep was no problem, had a good amount of space and a soft, dirt road for dog-walking, and as a bonus the kiddo spent the morning checking out the cows. I don’t usually make this drive but if I have to do it again I’ll definitely choose this home again.
